I placed an order on the app, which was incorrect as usual at this location. I paid for my order on the app as well. First, she dropped my drink on the way to the vehicle, no problem, accidents happen. Yet, she had to deliver 3 more orders and pick up several more to deliver when she went back in to get my drink, so getting my drink took another 15 mins. After she left to âgo replace my drinkâ, I noticed my sandwich wasnât made correctly and I had been charged 60 cents extra, so I wanted to have it remade. Since it was taking her awhile to return to my vehicle I went to the door to explain to someone about my sandwich. They told me they would be happy to remake it, but the app doesnât charge to add tomato, so I would have to pay and additional 20 cents. This is crazy!! I had already paid for my meal and you made it incorrectly, so now you are up charging me to make it correctly! I am not opposed to paying for my food the way I want it, but why doesnât the app coincide with the location Iâm at. Furthermore this location does it with condiments as well! I have had to pay more than what the app charged me several times in order to get my food! Yet, for weeks/months, they had signs on every stall, ORDER ON APP OR DRIVE-THRU ONLY! If you want me to order from the app, why are you charging me additional money. So far, this is the ONLY location that has ever done this to me! Someone needs to...

My family and I went to get some lunch and we were missing some tots from our order. We asked for the missing tots to be brought to us and were told we had to present the receipt for the order to have them brought out.
Which is fine, no big deal, nothing wrong with verifying an order before bringing out more food.
But when we looked in the bags from our order we didnât find the receipt. It wasnât placed inside our bags or taped on the outside like they normally are... we expressed how the receipt wasnât in our bag and the manager told us, âif you got the food, then you got the receipt, we canât give you any âextraâ food without the receipt...â
After a little banter and some actual investigation from the manager who was hinting around that we had hidden the receipt (for an order of tots... I mean, really?), come to find out, the receipt from our order had been placed in another customerâs bag... hmm.
Needless to say, we got our tots. Buuuuut, I doubt weâll be returning any time soon after going through that much work for a small order of tots that should have been in our bag...

More detailed analysis: I have lived in Starkville for about 3 years now and both sonic's on hwy 12 have gone way downhill in quality in the past year. The past 4 times I have gone to this specific location, they have screwed up something. Ask for a Double Cheese burger, they reply "double cheese burger", charge for double cheese burger, I get a single cheese burger. Ask for a drink with light ice, they charge "lite ice", my cup comes filled to the brim with ice. They also cannot make a Blast shake for anything. I have ordered several, especially the triple chocolate blast, and they WILL NOT MIX IT. It was full of vanilla ice cream with no chocolate until the bottom 2 inches where the actual chocolate/chunks/syrup were sitting. For a company that is renown for its milkshakes, you would think the employees could learn to use the mixing machine properly.
