I usually have an awesome experience at this store, not on 5/1, apparently they have new people there. Did online order, ordered the nachos, when my daughter went to pick up order, they said they were out of the nachos and bowls to put it in, said I needed to go to Subway.com to get refund, could not get refund from Subway.com. Called right when they opened this morning and spoke to manager which was very rude!!! Explained situation to her, wanted me to come to store, told her I didn't live in Starkville, asked if I still wanted the nachos, told her I wanted refund, said she just couldn't get refund without receipt, told her I had receipt, said she needed the order number, told her I had that, then tells me to call back in 5 minutes that she had a customer, they just opened at 9!! It was like 10 minutes after 9 when I was talking to her and you have a customer?? Did you not have employees to help your customer so you could take care of management duties??? SMH!!. Why does it have to be so hard and have to deal with rude managers to get a refund on something you didn't get??? Not to mention the sandwich was terrible!! Bread was stale, paid more extra meat, did not get that. I will eat that 7 bucks for them nachos before I deal with that manager there again!! I would give zero stars for this...

At a Mexican restaurant and including the people who work at subway tend to come to that Mexican restaurant and I have always treated them right when a smile on my face. Today I had the worst experience! The lady who usually is there tried to use as an excuse that girl who was attending to us was being rude because she was new! What kind of excuse is that!!! I work in customer service I know what it is like to work on a bad day! But that is not my problem nor anyone’s! Nor do you use an excuse that someone is being rude just because they are new! Read moreCustomer service is HORRIBLE. Girl at register (blonde wig) had an attitude w/ everyone who walked through the door as if she expected to not serve food at her job as a food server. Would not allow me to get a bottled drink and refused to change the sprite after I settled for a cup. Did not smile at any customers, attitude only perked up when her male coworkers came in. Saw her mumbling to herself as the girl behind me asked her to not warm up the meat on her sandwich....
