Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Starkville

I ordered pizza at 6:13 pm. I called the local office three times. One time I was hung up on. The second time the man told me that my order was out with the driver and I had to wait. He said they were busy and he had four other deliveries to take with him. I called back and hour later. The lady told me that my order was and out and she had no idea of the time frame for delivery. Nobody in that office cared about anything. Customer service skills are at an all time low. Finally I was able to speak to someone at the call center. They would not answer the phone for her either. The service is unheard of. So I get in my vehicle at 9pm livid !! I tried calling the store again to see if they would answer for me. Then the guy tell me that the driver left 5 mins ago and my order was hot. Are you kidding me ??? Who does that ? So I go back home and wait for the driver. He finally shows up after 9 :08 with cold pizza. I ordered pizza for hungry kids after a long day at work. I will never I’m my life shop , order ,eat look 👀 at that location. Bought $20 worth of food online yesterday from this Pizza Hut (which is 2 MINUTES from my house) because I have an injury and couldn't pick it up... I got a text saying the pizza was on it's way. 20 mins later, nothing! So I called and asked if it was on its way and a young woman answered the phone and kept laughing and talking to people in the background and told me my pizza wasn't that late and it was in route (I live 2 mins away). Another 30 mins pass! I call again and a lady named Janice answers and has the worst attitude and told me even though my pizza was an hour late it was coming. I told her I'd just like to cancel and get a refund (I need to eat to take my meds). She hung up in my face!! I called back and told her I was still talking and I needed my refund, she told me "I don't have your money. When the driver gets there you can tell him you don't want your food." I love Pizza Hut. This one is nowhere near customer service friendly. I am new to this area and I can't believe the horrible customer service. I have called in for delivery twice. I had to call & cancel the orders both times because it was well over an hour and nothing was delivered. I live right down the street (less than 10 minutes away). I get that due to COVID19 everything has been altered. So I continue to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Called earlier this week & I was told the computers were down & no orders could be placed. Today no deliveries were being made. The website clearly post that deliveries are available.
