The service was horrible. The girl that took my order was nice and friendly but the other employees were rude including the manager. I came here to get hot and fresh food this was not the case and the fact that I had my daughter with me made me upset that I had to wait for fresh food. First the hashbrowns were cold and I asked for hot ones the girl had an attitude and literally threw them away. I mean threw them. And her facial expression said it all. Next my sandwiches were wrong. They were not even warm and bacon on one of them was not done smh. It was a piece of egg on the other not even a whole egg! I was livid at this point! I told the same girl who took my hashbrowns and she politely took them from me and PUT THEM RIGHT BACK UNDER THE WARM HOLDER FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO GRAB! I am servsafe certified and I know that is a big no no! The manager asked what was wrong and I showed her and the only thing she said was “ok what’s wrong?!” You could literally see the problem! So I verbally explained and she said well the cheese makes the sandwich cold. What?! Are you serious?! And the only thing she could have done was make it hot by warming it in the microwave..I shook my head and just asked for hot food. While I was waiting a man came in and said his order was incorrect that his biscuit was missing meat the manager said “what?” Rudely to the man. the man said it again and she responded with “Well that’s what u were rung up for!” The man said “you know what never mind” and left out. Read moreToday I went through the drive thru, I gave my order and the screen was partially blocked by a sign saying their ice cream machine was down so I couldn’t visually confirm my order however the price seemed high for what I ordered. I pulled around to the window and then confirmed what I ordered with the lady who stated yes that was correct and the amount was right so I paid and was not handed a receipt. I waited for my order (a long time considering no one was in front of me, and no business inside). I get my order and when I do I request the receipt that wasn’t given to me upon transaction, to this request I was told they couldn’t provide me with a receipt because the one closest to her wasn’t working and going to the other 3 receipt machines in the store just wasn’t fathomable. I pull forward rather annoyed and once I merge onto the road I found out my order is missing items. I went online to do a mobile order from this Burger King and discovered that not only was I majorly overcharged for what I ordered (and didn’t receive) but I could do nothing about it because I was refused a receipt. All in all I paid roughly $20 for a med whopper meal and two $1.69 nuggets after waiting 20 mins. Won’t be going back to a company that steals money and I highly advise you...
Read moreFor the last past year every time I go there I have a problem with my food, the service, or the employees. No matter what you order they never get it right. There is either food missing, they order is wrong or the staff has an attitude. Ex. Went there 7/1 for breakfast and ordered 2 SEC croissant w/o cheese, open up the wrapper and there is on egg and bread on BOTH sandwiches!! Take those back and look in the bad and the hash rounds are missing. Go back inside to let them know and not one but two employees tell me that the hash rounds are in my bag, I follow up by telling them they aren't one lady tells me "yes they are, their in a small bag in the corner" , as if I couldn't see a white bag inside a brown bag.
The service here has gotten TERRIBLE, never in my life have I seen such a mess. We frequent there often because the food is good (once you get the right order) but the service, some employees, the lack of knowledge and the I don't care attitude is down right ridiculous at this point.
