The manager had a super pissy attitude. He even came in lobby yelling at me that this was his store and hed do what he wanted. This was his.store. all because he didnt listen to pur order. He gave the wrong tea drinks. Then made smart remark about it. Never apologized. When got food to table noticed we didnt have all out food. When back and told him abd his actions clearly stated he didnt believe me. Being a senior citizen i didnt deserve this treatment. He began yelling that I had an attitude since coming in there. Which was def untrue. I couldnt believe he was yelling at me like he did. Food was good. But i had heart set on okra and they didnt have okra. Wanted jalapeño peppers and they didnt have any. I contacted popeyes online and was told they woukd investigate...that was 5 days ago and havent bears anything. Said they would refund my money....over $30.00 for 2 ppl to eat...but they couldnt. It being a franchise they would investigate and refund would have to come from thay store. When i 1st contacted pooeyes online they said someone would call me withi. 48 hrs...no such call did i receive. They emailed me instead. Hey popeyes....still waiting for my phone call....and a response from your investigation. Over $30.00 for 2 dinners just to served up.a side of yelling....good going popeyes....good customer service...actually iy sucked!! Wont be back...will carry my old senior self to Churchs or KFC next time. Bet you that. Walk in and they have the sitting lobby blocked off 3 hours before close. The poor girl that was taking our order was very nice which is the ONLY reason I and leaving one start for service. Other than that there was a hair in my fries asked for them to be remade and the girl with the pink wig seemed like she didn’t appreciate that. Started to eat my shrimp and it was basically RUBBER ! My wife got the 2 piece chicken dinner and at the end of her meal she found a hair IN HER CHICKEN. As we were getting ready to leave another young lady came in and tried to pick up an online order and they girl with the pick wig had an attitude with her as well. The whole tine she is staring right at me as I try to enjoy the disaster they call food . Not to From what other reviews say if they would stop playing around and wear hair nets and do their job, they may have better reviews.
