First of all, everyone here is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered my food exactly 3:28 and was told my driver, Cooper, was on the way. I watched the route the entire time and even stood outside, to hopefully make delivery more easier for the driver. Minutes later the order was said to be completed, but I did not receive my order. The dropped pin seemed to be on the opposite side of my neighborhood, The Pines. Neither was I going on a wild goose chase for MY order after it was wrongly delivered and even still it was raining at this point and that is just unacceptable. It has been an ongoing issue with the driver(s) lacking knowledge and a sense of direction when it comes to reading delivery notes and addresses. It is quite confusing finding the building, but clearly reading is fundamental when it comes to making sure you’re on the correct side at least. I contacted the store twice and was told the first time to wait 20-30 minutes for the driver to confirm rather it was delivered to the wrong place or not. Which made zero sense to me otherwise I wouldn’t have been wasting his nor my time contacting them about the order had he followed directions the first time. After 20 minutes I called back, because it had been an hour and almost a half at this point of waiting for answers and proper help I clearly was never going to receive. The second time contacting the store, I was told by the same guy that the driver in fact delivered my food and gave it to my roommate. Firstly, neither of my roommates were home to my knowledge and we have a clear line of communication to where they would’ve given me my order. They have zero reason to steal. Secondly, why would you hand off someone else’s order to a roommate with no kind of confirmation or verification that this was even okay with the buyer? I was told I would have to then come up to the store because of this and the phone coincidentally cut out before being rudely hung up in my face. I then continued to purchase an Uber just to go around the corner and going up there to be told that there is nothing he can do and still it was handed to said roommate??? So I not only just lost out on $30 worth of a order, but $17 as well just to Uber around the corner and still given the run around?? Unacceptable and this location should’ve been permanently closed ever since it was ran...
Read moreDO NOT ORDER HERE. The unprofessionalism & absolutely vile pizza that arrives cold 2 hours late is getting insane at this point. They do not care about you or your food. Edibility? Kindness? Good delivery times? You'll find NONE of that here, I'd give it 0 if I could. This place used to be amazing but they've gone so far downhill they're 6 feet underground. They won't even give you a free pizza, nor an apology for giving you a pizza with NEXT TO NO SAUCE. Sometimes I wonder if they even look at what they're making.
Tonight I waited 2 hours for a pizza that came lukewarm, NEAR ENTIRELY SAUCELESS, and so dry that the entire center of the pizza was completely orange and desolate. I may as well have ordered the worst cheesy bread of the entire century shaped like a pizza for fun at this point. The only positive thing I can say is that the delivery driver was quite nice to me, but my mistake was not checking it right in front of them before they left, so I could show them how inedible it was, that way they could take that disgusting thing back and bring something edible back.
When I called, I immediately asked to speak to a manager. Matt grabs the phone and says "Yeah? Hullo?" with the least amount of care I've heard in my life, as if he's not a MANAGER. When I attempted to explain that there was NO SAUCE and that the dough was very bubbly, his explanation was that it was the dough they got from the truck, so, he guesses I just "don't like that dough or something". He canceled the order but made NO OFFER of a free pizza, or to remake & redeliver it. NOTHING. No mention of the fact IT. HAD. NO. SAUCE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And if you do, CHECK THE PIZZA IN FRONT OF YOUR DELIVERY PERSON. Do NOT just take it. I've learned several lessons from this absolute incompetency at display. Their pizzas & service used to be incredible, I swear it did. But they just could not care less at this point. 25$ for pizza like this is absurd. Don't waste your time, your money, or your energy. Just get Lil' Caesars instead. At least they actually put...
Read moreI ordered 4 water bottles only because my body is dehydrated and because of my high fever, I wasn't able to go to the grocery store. I live about 0.1 mile from the Domino's store #5785. I live by myself and nobody was available to rescue me. I can't drink water from the faucet cause it makes me sick. So I decided to pay $11.82 for 4 20oz dasani bottle water vs 89 cents at Walmart.
30 mns past the tracked status "being delivered" I called the store from my cell phone 843-810-5407. A guy told me that my order was being delivered which I already knew. I asked if he could called the driver to find out what's going one, he promised to do so.
15 mns later I called from my cell phone again, someone picked up and put the phone down letting me to listen to all the conversations in the store. Call dropped after 10 mns. I called back this time using a different phone number, they picked up, talked to me. I spoke with "Zach" who could only asked me if I haven't received my order and offered no solutions. I asked to cancel my order and I put on heavy cloths to face the harsh cold outside to get the water my dehydrated body so desperately needed.
Takeaway: don't order from this Domino store if you're dehydrated and need water right away.
The fever is getting...
