Starbucks — Restaurant in Statesville

I go here about 2 or more times a week and have been for years. Today my drink had something weird floating in the bottom and so I went back and asked nicely if they would mind remaking it. The lady on the speaker was very nice but the manager (I'm assuming) came to the window and said "I helped you with a problem before" I was confused bc I've never taken a drink back in my life this was literally my first time in all these years of going. So I said "huh?" And she said "yeah you're the peppermint mocha girl right?" And I said "no my drink is a shaken espresso" she says "I know but you usually get a peppermint mocha" I said "no that's not me" she said "yeah Turnersburg hwy store does that not sound familiar to you?" But she was saying it in a tone like I remember you and you were rude or something it wasn't like a nice tone at all. I am so confused bc I've never ordered a peppermint mocha I literally hate peppermint and mocha and I only go to this location or the mooresville location. Anyway it just rubbed me wrong. If someone was rude to you you better make sure you remember what they look like and don't assume someone else is them especially if you're not sure. It makes me want to avoid this...

OK, so I ordered a large it’s warm for one. There’s hardly no ice in it for two it doesn’t taste normally like it does for three he said 850. I give him 1050 and he gives me a dollar and over a dollar and change back really, but I went to the Starbucks and Mooresville Friday and their hot mocha was just crappy. I mean as much as they charge you think you could get good service. I’m done with Starbucks. I mean this is aOK, so I ordered a large it’s warm for one. Why would you not put no ice in it I mean, there’s like maybe enough ice to cover the bottom, it’s warm. I wanted an iced coffee for a reason ice I’m just done with Starbucks. That’s within three days. Shitty coffee and you’re paying nine dollars. I’m done. I can do better with an espresso...

I really wanted to not do this, but...it has to be said. I use this Starbucks most often until recently. Myself, my daughter and her boyfriend use this location 1 to 3 times per week. They typically use the drive through. I go inside. My daughter is 20 and autistic. She is intelligent, employed and also highly emotional. She walked in one day as all she needed was a water. Not bottled, just in a cup. She was publicly berated and admonished for this request. The young lady she dealt with is normally rude and inattentive but we are accustomed to it. This day, my daughter needed the water to take meds very quickly to subdue a panic attack. She walked out crying. Other people outside asked if she was ok. I went back inside and oddly enough, I got a cup of water. Funny, discriminatory and rude. That young lady will probably be successful. We however, are just as close to...
