Dunkin' — Restaurant in Statesville

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in to get a 1/2 dozen donuts and coffee. The girl who waited on us had on gloves on full of chocolate from getting the previous order. She rang us up touching the screen and then started to get are donuts with the same dirty gloves on! She then proceeded to stack the donuts on top of each other in a bag. The bags were covered in chocolate and on our donuts that are not even chocolate! I asked if we could get new donuts in a box instead of a bag. And with an additide she pulled out the donuts from the bag and put them in a box, same freaking gloves on. The donuts are ruined at this point. My husband and I decided to cancel the order bc I am not eating this let alone my kids. We told the girl we wanted to cancel because she didn't change her gloves and the order is a mess. With an attitude the girl got the manager and told her we wanted to cancel bc she didn't change her gloves. As the manager is canceling our order the girl is putting our messed up dirty donuts back on the shelf for someone else to eat still with her dirty gloves on!!!! I feel bad for anyone in that drive through that is about to get those donuts!! The fact that she didn't think she was doing anything wrong amazes me. How many other people do...

To be honest this location was the best one that Statesville had. But recently I have had issues. I go to dunkin dounts everyday. I order the same thing every time I go. Today I ordered 2 small frozen chocolate coffees as usual and 2 iced Carmel coffee 5 sugar 4 creams. When my daughter was handed her frozen coffee both of them didnt have whipped cream on them. So my daughter asked could she get whipped cream. She said well you have to ask for it. I said we never have had an issue before. So I said ok, went to hand her back the drinks she puts my 2 iced on the counter and then states we arent allowed to take them back and she walks away. If you dont like your job hun find a new one! Never too busy in the dining area and the drive thru moves pretty quickly. I did have an issue where I ordered a sandwich with egg and cheese and when I opened it there was 🥓 bacon. I went back in and told them what happened and that I do not eat pork. They took the sandwich and I watched the person in the back take the bacon off and rewrap my sandwich....she handed it back to me. Well I opened it up just to confirm that I saw what I saw and there were absolutely little bacon droppings left in the cheese. I was a bit upset, she blatantly lied stating that this was a new sandwich. Anyway, I was again given a new sandwich. I felt very brushed off by the manager on duty who said nothing to me, but needless to say we will only order coffee and donuts for now on since my family's dietary needs are not a big...
