Good morning! I will be brief and straight to the point. On Yesterday at approximately 2:30pm we "Me and my mother in law whom has lived in Statesville all her life. We have eaten at various McDonald's location all over the world. On yesterday we came in and ordered our meals a number 2 c which is Quarter Pounder with cheese Deluxe. And Fish sandwich plain* Neither item was fixed correctly and the young man brought to our table. I checked our food and seen it was wrong. I went to the counter and spoke with Caucasian female manager. Her first words came our her mouth was "What took u so long to return your food? I replied we just received our food miss! She asked what's wrong with your food? I showed her on the menu screen my burger was missing tomatoes only. And the fish sandwich was supposed to be plain. She said "Aren't you the Black Lady that was in here causing problems last week? I said excuse me! She said You look just like the woman that was causing problems here last week.
Her language is unacceptable! I explained to her I don't live here and usually visit every 90 day's to check my property here only!
She thinks all African Americans look alike and causes problems. I asked for my refund the burger she gave me was messy mayo all on top the bun, it looked a hot mess! I asked her point blank would you eat this burger and her reply was No!
She is not manager material. All her workers in this location was on their phones not paying attention to what customers ask for. She had a line of food returns as we was ordering our food.

Read morePlaced an order on the app before 10pm. Listed my pickup as curbside spot #3. Waited for 20 minutes with no food, so I called into the store. I was politely asked to use the drive through due to only 2 employees on staff. I said absolutely and pulled into the line. I guess the staff doesn't realize they have glass surrounding the restaurant because I see while waiting more than 2 employees inside. But I've worked in the food industry before and know the woes of being short staffed so I waited to get around to the window. They tried to give me the wrong order at the window, 40+ minutes after I ordered, and I said no. I had an order on the app, I had waited curbside and called and they asked me to come through the drive through. They young girl in the drive through said my name, I said yes, and she gave me my bag. I drove off and went home. Got home and the order was all wrong. Called the store to let them know. Was told again there was only 2 employees on staff. At this point I was done being lied to and said to the girl on the phone there was more than 2 on staff that I saw this as I waited through the glass. Was given to the manager and she gave the same story to which I replied no there was more than 2 on staff. I hope this reaches someone that can coach and teach the staff that people will be understanding and wait as I did for extended periods of time without complaining. But when you are blatantly lied to it is...
Read moreMan, don't do mobile order. I waited 10 minutes to find out their ice cream machine was broken, they didn't bring me my coke, and they didn't bring my daughters apple juice with her happy meal, which was actually the ONLY thing they did bring me. I had to go back and sit in line and wait to get my coke and her apple juice and just to find out I had to contact the app abd fight with McDonald's that way in order to get my money back for the ice cream that I paid for. Still waiting for my money back on that.... the staff were nice, they just didn't know a whole lot. Why on earth would you allow mobile orders to be placed with a broken machine knowing you won't be able to refund people their money??? I don't feel it was this particular McDonald's locations fault or the staffs fault outside of at least bring me my coke abd juice, and explain to me at my car how to get my money back so I don't have to go sit back in line after already wasting over 10 minutes of my time waiting for ice cream that wasn't available just to find out the manager can't do anything about mobile orders. Educate your employees to explain that to people at their cars because I'm pretty darn sure I'm not the only one who...
