Had a group order, wasn't given a shopping bag so we had around 6 separate bags to deal with. One order was incorrect and after standing inside waiting to be acknowledged by the front coordinator my order still came back wrong, wasn't going to try a third time. My original review was written while we were visiting in late March. Now we live here and my rating hasn't changed. Overall had a $12 order. Wanted a 4 for 4 with the side substituted for a salad. I have never been to a Wendy's where it was not practiced, so if it is a participation thing, then I guess that cannot be helped. Got the side cesar anyways, but never received the small fry for the 4 for 4. No sauces in the bag for either of our nuggets, and my drink for the meal was incorrect - wanted Dr. Pepper, received Coke, very obvious difference. Also had to remind the window person for our frosty, would have pulled away otherwise.
Drive-thru operator had some issues even taking our order. Had to wait for her to even start, and then didn't seem to pay attention to half of what we were trying to order, ex. wanted to add ketchup on my JBC but she first was putting it as the sauce for the nuggets, and then tried to do ONLY ketchup on the JBC. Also had to remind her to put a LG fry on the order, when it was the second thing we even added.
Thankfully the fries that we did get were hot, and at least Wendy's nuggets are good with no sauce.

I placed a mobile order March 23 East Broad Street location and went through drive thru to pick it up. I got to the window and they did not have my order 'in their system' so I did not get my food. Even after I showed then my online receipt where I already paid and they took my money I still did not get the food. Was told I could get a refund via email so that's what I did. Got a response they started the process and I will receive a response when they (I'm assuming the store) complete it. I got an email saying if I didn't pick up my order they refund me automatically and if I don't get it to give them a call. I did at the number I was provided. Oh sure, it was the number to this very store that screwed me over in the first place. The 'manager' who answered pretty much denied everything and here I am back at square one so still trying to get a refund for food I never received. Her name is Mary Lou. Someone needs to get a hold of the manager there and let them give her a little talking to because thereâs no sense in her talking to people the way she does. The ice machine was out of order that was a sign put up on the top left-hand corner that had out of service in Little print and I had went to get ice and Iâm not even 5 foot tall so I donât look up very often and she hollers across the store. Itâs out of order canât you read? This is not the first time she has talked to me in a very bad way. I am in that store several times, but I am getting tired of her talking to me and other people the way she does. Something needs to be done about it.
