Dunkin' — Restaurant in Staunton

So I went in for coffee and my order was very simple, large French vanilla iced coffee, large liquid cream and sugar and 2 pumps of caramel, I watched her ring it in and I have to correct her 3 three times once for each part of this order, she either didn't ring up the cream or the sugar, she forgot the caramel, when I finally paid for it and got it, it was nasty, when I asked her if it was the French vanilla iced coffee I had to ask twice cause she cut me off the first time and assumed she knew what I was gonna ask, and when I did finally get to ask she told me it was not the French vanilla iced coffee that I had specifically asked for,they took it back and remade it, but not without acting like the problem was mine and not theirs, had to get my own straw cause when they handed me back my coffee there was no apology that they had gotten it wrong , they just handed it to me and walked away, whether it was right the 2nd time or not didn't make a difference to.me I just walked out with my coffee, I was insulted to walk into a business like this, these workers have a terrible work ethic and horrible customer service, I will never walk into this dunkin...

I previously had this at a five star.. unfortunately due to recent events I have to lower my rating.I believe they may have hired a staff member that does not pay attention to the orders as closely as they need to. It has been on four separate occasions now that I have come to get my regular order, I order it exactly the same way every time I go, and it has been given to me very badly wrong. The staff is more than happy to fix it everytime but with the inside of the store closed for the pandemic, I'm waiting in line almost 20 minutes to get to the drive-thru window and when they mess up my order, I have to turn around and go all the way back through again. I absolutely love Dunkin, and every staff member at this location is super friendly but I'm tired of having to come back over and over to get my coffee fixed when I've been coming here for over a year and getting it the same every single time and it has never been messed up like...

I come here regularly at the drive thru. My order is always correct which is hard to come by in a Dunkin! I recently went inside to order for the first time since 2019 since I was waiting at T-Mobile and I have to say the establishment could be better inside. You used to be able to get already made baskin Robbin’s cakes and cookies but it’s only ice cream pints. Tables and chairs looked like they could use a good cleaning and the inside in general could honestly use a deep clean. Everything looks sticky, dirty, and dusty including the walls. I also noticed another customer come in then leave after a few minutes after not being greeted and not even get a “I’ll be right with you”. There were at least 4 employees there and yet for some reason all of them were working drive thru and didn’t really have any one tending...
