Well I may not be the biggest fan of this chain, but today we have pushed the limits too far. I asked for a spicy grilled chicken deluxe no bun- lettuce wrap instead with fries no salt and after confirming with the gentleman taking my order at the drive through that they have coke zero, i ordered it. To my surprise i get a spicy fried chicken in my lettuce wrap. I’m not more hungry than anything else at this point so i drive back around and tell them they made a mistake. I then get informed by the drive through attendant (different guy) that they don’t have the spicy in grilled. 🤬 why couldn’t the first guy tell me when we spoke for a few minutes to make sure my order was right? Anyways i pay for the second burger, longer line than the first time and i finally get it, i’m happy i think, nooo, it’s the grilled deluxe without the lettuce wrap. What is wrong with these kids? Anyways I’m starving at least it’s better. I devour the thing, tasty, time to wash it with my drink to find out it’s full sugar coke, not coke zero. Read moreI stopped there and ordered a number seven combo, grilled chicken club for myself and my partner a number seven, grilled chicken club. Both of our sandwiches were kind of cold and our bread was "crumbly." I had to heat it in the microwave when I arrived home. I also, while going through the drive-thru witnessed a lady accidentally moving packages on the drive-thru counter and the package ahead of mine fell in the trash can directly beside her. She looked around to see if anyone noticed, then took the package out of the trash can for the next customer. Although the food was still in the package, she should have remade the customers food. I called and spoke to the manager regarding my order and he seemed friendly and offered a replacement order on the meal. I returned for the replacement order and again the order was messed up with no sauces. Again, the bread seemed very dry, but the service was extremely rude. The lady at the drive-thru acted like I was bothering her having to replace an order. She was extremely rude and acted like she hated her job. My partner went inside to get sauces that were not in the bag and she as well told me how rude the person was to her. I will not be going back to this...
Read moreI went through the drive thru today at 4:53pm and ordered a strawberry lemonade. The 1st time I went through, my drink barely had any strawberry in it. I went back through the drive thru again and asked if they would remake it because I didn't taste the strawberry. The drive thru attendant remade my drink, but this time he made the strawberry purée was so thick, I couldn't even take a sip through my straw. I mixed my drink and tried again,...but still, no liquid was coming through because of how much purée was in it. So I made a 3rd attempt in hopes that my drink would be made right. This time, however, I parked and went inside the lobby. Thankfully there was an attentive team member there who helped me in remaking my drink. 3rd time's a charm because my drink was finally what I'm used to. I wish there was a standard measurement for the strawberry purée so drinks could be consistent for every visit. I'm slightly annoyed I had to go through the drive thru twice and then come inside for my drink to meet my expectation.
