This is the worst Dominoes I’ve ever been too. Yesterday, we ordered 5 pizzas for our large family, picked them up and drove home (10) minutes and the pizzas were ICE COLD. Called then and talked to the store manager Jennifer she said she would not refund it but she would replace the order, so disappointed to having ice cold pizza we decided to order it again tonight the ( replacement ) they told me I didn’t have a credit at first then put (JENNIFER ) on the phone who she said she is the store manager and the general manager and has no boss ! But is not the owner. She told me she is not replacing the order that it was out on time yesterday and that we were late picking it up. I was very kind and I said mam that pizza was ice cold and you said you would replace the order. She refused to give me corporate info and owner info and then hung on me. The worst experience we have ever had. Needless to say we’re done with Dominoes. We order twice a week and have always enjoyed it and now Jennifer has ruined pizza night, how disgusting she was towards us and our family, calling us liars, being rude and hanging up on me, so much for what the box says about replacing it and satisfaction guaranteed. Read moreI am done with this Dominos. I have been a customer for 15 years, but lately the service has disappeared. Since the new move, I have been unable to order online. I called the store and they say my card was declined. 8 called the bank and they said the store declined my card. After dealing with this issue for months now, I give up on trying to reach the Store Manager. I have placed orders over phone in order to get both carry out and delivery. The last several times I have done carryout over the phone, which also required me to get my card information over the phone, when I went to the store the employees were rude. I would stand there, on multiple different occasions, waiting as the employees talked amongst each other with other employees who were clearly off-the-clock or their friends, before talking to me about my order that I had placed. The last time that I placed a delivery order over the phone, the girl who took the order failed to correctly apply a coupon which should have made my order cheaper as well as called me back afterwards to charge me for delivery fee which she failed to apply to the order the first time she charged my card. All in all, the professionalism and customer service at this location is completely non-existence. I would sooner go to McDonald's than ever eat at this...
Read moreMy wife placed on online order at almost 6 pm. We live 20 min from town. We waited a few minutes before leaving and drove slow. By the time we got to dominos it was 6:30. We had not gotten a notification so we pulled in the parking lot and parked. One of the delivery drivers in black Z-71 came flying in the parking lot and almost hit us. we had our 2 month old and 3 year old in the car so we moved. We noticed the delivery drivers pull in get another order and leave. All of the drivers pulled in and parked then pulled out in a safe manner except for the guy in the black cat eye Z-71. He pulled in and out almost hitting any car parked in the middle where he parks everytime he came andleft. We pulled around to the window at at 7:03 we were told our order had not been put in yet that "Delivery" orders are priority . We were told it would be about 25 minutes.
