Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Stephenville

Here is the salad I bought today, with moldy strawberry. Sometimes the salads are excellent. It's hit and miss. Last week I received one which contained lettuce far past prime (wilted to the point of slime). Today it's mold. I hope they will please be more careful in preparing salads so that every time is 'excellent'. Thank you.

ETA: Another review from November 22, 2024. I ordered a COBB SALAD. I paid extra for blue cheese crumbles and DID NOT GET THEM. The salad had precisely TWO tiny tomatoes, NO EGG. PLEASE Dear Chick Fil A management: train everyone who is making salads in how they are to make them. They should not be leaving out ingredients we are paying for and certainly not leaving out EXTRA ingredients for which we are paying extra. Longest wait with the least amount of customer service to date of any chick fil a location in 40 years as a customer. They eventually directed us to a parking spot without telling us they were behind and just left us there. The girl outside brought an order out to a car that was next to us and stopped her to ask my order. She just said they were behind on strips and it was holding things up but didn’t ask about our order. I told we just had two shakes but she didnt seem to really listen. We had to go in finally walk inside and get the 2 shakes we ordered. There was no reason they could not have made them. I’m assuming they got busy and missed our order or something? We will not coming back to this location....

Usually a good experience. Service is ok. We used the drive thru the girl. Taking the orders outside was polite and efficient. Recieving our food was the issue. Chaos at the pick-up window is the best way to describe our experience. We had a larger order, and it was incorrect. I hate buying food and never receiving it. Yes, it was on the receipt. Guess it was ultimately my fault for not checking each item. We also did not get our dipping sauces, which was a disappointment.
