Starbucks — Restaurant in Stephenville

I am giving 3 stars because the staff is friendly and the products are good but the drive thru is insane. I travel around the country for work and frequent Starbucks daily but this one in my hometown is the longest wait. I wish there was another Starbucks in town so that there wouldn’t be a line wrapped around the building and a 20+ min wait.. always! The parking lot and drive thru is already a huge fail as far as design and it makes for a very chaotic scene when there is always a very long line and no through traffic. Also the Starbucks menu should be the same in every location. They don’t have my favorite bantam bagels at this location. With a Starbucks this busy there is no excuse not to carry a full menu. honestly these baristas don’t know how to make the drinks. anytime you get a drink, they forget the sugar... like..... i didn’t ask for a bitter caramel frappe. and there’s always flies in there during the summer 🤧 mcdonald’s makes better iced frappes anyways (even if they’re a bit sugary, the whipped cream is more richer, the one here is as thin as water😖) also their hours are def wack, due to being understaffed which i get. literally one day i wanted something from here the staff was having some sort of party but the drive through was open?? like idk... maybe make a note on the door that the lobby is closed? ridiculous honestly. and the prices aren’t worth the quality of the drink. the refreshers are the only thing i...

Where do I start. Its middle of Covid19, and the staff here disables the order ahead option for app users. Yes. The STAFF can disable that.

Then, even though Starbucks Corporate had allowed the opening of lobbies. Way to often do the STAFF here close the lobby. They just don't want to work.

And now, they won't even greet you when you pull up to the window. Just come up and tell what you owe.
