In comparison to other western shops, this one fails miserably. The staff are nice and helpful, but can't make any decisions on their own. This place is horrible about giving your money back if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with a purchase. The more expensive the item, the more excuses they come up with to not give a refund. Tried to return new boots and hat barely 24 hours after purchase. I just didn't like them. The boots were too tall for my legs and are just uncomfortable. I didn't realize this from just trying them on at the store. The hat is just not for me. I didn't like the way it was steamed and it wasn't what I had ask for. The guy who steamed it took forever while I patiently waited an hour and 15 minutes. I had to be some where and could not continue to wait on him. He was extremely slow. But regardless, I was a dissatisfied customer and they were not at all concerned about it. They were only concerned with how to keep from returning my money to me. The hat and boots were just part of what I bought that day. I spent over $800. So, for them to treat me the way they did over the two items in question, that I still haven't and never will wear, speaks volumes. I'm sure they would have had no problem reselling the Macie Bean Boots I purchased for almost $300 but never wore and the over $200 hat is a beautiful turquoise green rodeo king still in the box and has never been out. I feel that both were a waste of my money. The lady who was the decision maker on returns is a very greedy, look down her nose type of person who is clearly only thinking about their bottom line and not repeat business. I won't ever shop there again and I have been spreading the word. It's unfortunate that I felt I had to do this. I am very easy to please and have never given a review on anything I have ever purchased before. I guess for me, a refund shouldn't be based on it's price, but rather it's value and how the...

They even threw in a new boot jack and once again, through emails and quick communication, they solidified why I'll take my business to these great people every time. There's not many stores I've ever been to over the years that are this friendly or work this hard to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. From housewares to hats, jeans and everything in between. Have an idea for the perfect hat and shape? No problem. And talk about the in-store exclusive boots from Rios of Mercedes and almost every top brand of men's and women's boots? I've bought boots over the years from all across the US and my Saddlerags Rios of Mercedes exclusives get more compliments than any other boots I've ever owned. And I can't remember the last time I've ever had a store owner contact me for an issue to make sure I was satisfied. From the first pair of boots, to a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered pair of Tanner Mark size 6.5 boots online. Too large sent back with RA form like I was told. The gal that helped me with that was VERY nice and helpful. Great customer service. She sent me out a size 6.0. I wore the size 6.0 for a 1/2 day inside. These boots do not fit my foot right. I called and spoke to a couple different gals who also were were pleasant but couldnāt make the ācall.ā Asked me to send some pictures in via email. I received a call from a gentleman he said he was the owner...after I asked him if he was. He said they have offered everything they could which was an insole. No insole could even work in these. He then proceeded on with giving me other examples of things you canāt return after you use. One was a car which by law yes you can within 3 days. He didnāt like that answer. Long story short since I wore these boots for a 1/2 inside he will not give good customer service...
