4/7/23 Update. Not much to change. Everyone tried something new and we all liked our choices. Previous review: Overall it was a nice experience for dinner. We did not have reservations and we had 6 people. We only waited for about 5 minutes and it was fairly busy. The menu is complete with all the traditional Italian fair including make your own with a nice variety of sauces. The veal dishes were good. They were fresh cutlets as the price would require. The soups were awesome, and the fresh vegetables were very tasty to me although some said they were a bit over peppered. The tiramisu and cannolies were both really good. The waitress was extremely efficient, friendly and attentive. I would give 5 stars, but I thought the prices were a little high, and the decor is very in need of a refresh.

Absolutely horrible experience. Service was bad, food lacked flavor and taste. The pizza was covered and dripping in oil. The pizza undercarriage was soggy and covered in grease. The bruschetta tomatoes literally tasted like chlorine. I wish I was making this up. My wife’s pasta was bad. Service took 4 hours not by choice but because that’s how slow it was. Asking for something was like the end of the world to the servers. No organization, no check in from anyone. We told the server the food was bad and you’d think someone would come speak to us but just an awful experience and will never visit this place again. Please go somewhere else for food. I’d rather eat dog shit than this.

Wonderful Italian food! Most delicious red gravy I've had outside of Grandma's! My go to, for over 20 years, is the Vitello A Mozerrella, perfectly cooked, fork tender, blanket of cheese and generous ladle of red gravy. The Strachetella soup is delicately flavored and delightful with a sprinkle of fresh grated cheese.

The garlic rolls are hot little pillows of fresh baked bread the whole family bickers over, even though the waitress always brings extra! Sometimes for a treat, I'll pick up a quart of red gravy and a dozen rolls for the family! Yes, it's that good!

Everything we've tried on the menu is great, though I don't care for gnocchi it was in the Pasta Trio and had flavor! Lasagne is a huge family favorite as well!

Deserts are generous enough to share, we usually get a couple Tiramisu to split with coffee or cappuccinos (served with the cutest mini biscotti and rock sugar sticks!).

Entry and tables are handicap accessible with ramps and wide aisle for wheelchairs. Bathrooms are technically wheelchair accessible but it'd be very awkward, better for strolling walkers; they are outdated (70's maybe?), poorly maintained, and kinda cramped, we avoid them if possible! Host stand is frequently deserted and bar staff will stare at you, eventually someone will shout out to whomever is staffing the desk to seat you. A couple times I've called on my cell while staring at the empty bar and bar tender to ask to be seated!

Wonderful place for a first date (it worked out for us!), business lunch, special occasion, family dinner. Inexpensive pasta dishes to pricier veal, steak and daily specials, ask about lunch portions if on budget! Casual (no not sweats! nice jeans or shorts) to dressy, tables and booths available. Call ahead for reservations for large groups or to ensure table in dinner hours 6:30-8:30 gets busy!

If not for the bathrooms and wait when no one is ahead of you I'd give 5 stars. Food and waitresses are 5-stars in my experiences! Carry out orders are packed in (reusable, microwavable, dishwasher safe!) plastic containers, full portions; never have had a leaky bag. Weekly customer...

I went here for a friends birthday. We had a party of 8. We got to the restaurant and everything went pretty well. They were very sweet. My friend brought a cake for her daughter and they were happy to refrigerate. No questions asked from the manager. We got seated and started to look over the menu. Everything was going awesome the waitress was super sweet and very attentive. We got our food and everything tasted delicious. So when it came to the cake they brought it out and sang for the birthday girl. Afterwards, this lady who I believe is the manager came out and asked the little girls mother where did you get the cake and she said that it was from a home bakery and she said we are not allowed to serve that here. It was super awkward in front of the whole party. Super unprofessional. My sister called ahead of time and asked if they did anything special and the lady stated that the birthday girl would get a free dessert which is super cool but when we got there they served the cake and because they did that she wasn't able to get the free dessert. What I was really upset about is the fact that they didn't even give us the option. I could've served the cake myself. They did not clarify that it was either or. The cherry on top was the disrespectful manager. You NEVER talk to a customer like that in front of their party. She should've asked initially before taking the cake to the back. That was on the restaurant not the mama. So...

Used to go here all the time, but we haven't been in a couple of years. We made reservations almost a month before for 13 people at 6:00 pm. Got there at 5:50 and the one girl didn't even know we were coming. She didn't look in the reservation book. So now she had to set up tables for 13. We found out that there was only one cook for the night! Took forever to get our drinks. Server had to make drinks. Then when we got those, some people ordered appetizers. Again took an awful long time. Server left without taking orders for dinner when she dropped off appetizers. She didn't come back for at least 10-15 minutes. We finally ordered. It was already 7:30 and only 4 of the people had their soup or salads. I went to the bathroom and wanted to talk to the other server but she was on the phone. She came to see me at the table and I told her we have been here 1.5 hrs and 9 of us still did not get our soups/salads. She explained again that there was only 1 cook and just her and the server who was waiting on us working. Explained that our server had to make the salads and get them out to us. She was new and slower. Next thing you know the other server was helping ours. 10 minutes later we started to get our dinners....all at different times. One dinner was missed and had to wait longer yet to get that entree. It was ridiculous!!!! If there was not ample staff you should have closed. You lost 13 people who will...
