Changâs Asian Bistro is amazing! We searched for over a year trying to find a Chinese restaurant that made us want to go back a second time. We had no idea that Chengâs would be âThe Oneâ, but after our first visit we couldnât wait to go back. The food is delicious, fresh and full of flavor- our year long restaurant hunt had us trying food that was bland and unappetizing. We have since tried almost half the dishes on the menu and have yet to be let down. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. But in all honesty, itâs Chengâs amazing staff that always has us coming back. From the beginning we have always been treated like family. When dining in youâll always find the staff greeting regulars by name, being seated at their usual tables with favorite beverages on the way. It can sometimes be a 45 minute drive with traffic but Chengâs is absolutely worth it. The wonderful family that run Chengâs has worked so hard to create an amazing dining experience. Weâve even hosted family parties there and the Chengâs staff has been incredible at taking care of large groups. If youâre like us, looking for an amazing Asian restaurant that will nourish you body and soul- give Chengâs Asian Bistro a try. You wonât be...
Read moreDrove a ways to try out this place because it has such good reviews. To be honest, I was mostly disappointed & underwhelmed. The service was fine. The wonton soup was good, & the egg roll was delicious-it was the best part of the meal. The Fried rice was OK, but I didn't much like the pork -or chicken?- or whatever sort of meat it was; the texture was...odd. I got the Almond Chicken & the chicken was already (a little underwhelming) but the gravy was awful! It looked & tasted like it came from out of a can or a jar. So I got orange sauce instead which tasted like sweet & sour sauce with a couple orange slices in it. & to wash it all down, I got a thai iced tea which was EXTREMELY weak! It was basically just like drinking watered down cream with sugar & ice. *the POINT of thai tea is that it's way stronger to balance with the cream. So while it wasn't ALL bad, it sure wasn't all good either. But Honestly, I'm just gonna stick with my favorite Chinese restaurant in the future (I'm here now getting some almond gravy in order to eat the chicken that I couldn't eat until I finally had something "palatable" to go with it. Sorry...& maybe others enjoy the food here {??}, but unfortunately I...
Read moreI was a little hesitant to try this place just because every chinese food restaurant iâve had, the food wasnât good. Whether the chicken was rubbery or the sauce.. I got the sesame chicken combo w fried rice & crab rangoons. I was so hesitant enough that i tried the food in my car before pulling off & let me just say itâs SO GOOD!!! I was so surprised but everything was good. The chicken wasnât tough & rubbery, it was soft meat & easy to chew. The sauce tasted like actual sesame sauce & not something completely different. & the rice was great as well too. It had flavor, the crab rangoons were also delish. Very flavorful! The reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the flavor with the chicken. Like the chicken itself was great as far as texture but it lacked flavor along with the sauce. It just tasted like sauce but no distinct flavor. some places you can pin-point that theyâve used garlic powder or pepper.. etc but i couldnât taste any flavor or spices. the lady who took my order asked how spicy i wanted my chicken & i told her mild but honestly couldnât even taste any spice lol. Nevertheless i still enjoyed it & i will...
