I went into the store on 10-17-15 at 8:40 pm. I stood there for 15 minutes while being ignored by the two employees that were working there. Another women walked in and the two employees were ready to jump over the counter to help this women. So I figured, maybe they didn't see. I went to place my order and before I could even get up to the counter the girl told me to stop and wait my turn because the other woman was in front of me. I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes before the other women even came in. The girl says she saw me but I didn't speak up to order so I would just have to wait in line even longer. I told her how I didn't want to be "that rude guy" that had to interrupt their extremely important conversation by making them do their job. The girl replied "well if you don't like our service you can leave" So I left. I was so pissed at that point I wasn't going to stand around and argue with this tool of an employee about making me an over-priced bowl of ice cream. The only reason I went here was because I had a $15 gift card. (hope the seagulls in the parking lot enjoy it) I should have just sped over to DQ on 15 and Fraser before they closed. I love how these stores hire smart-ass teens that act like working with the public is such a joke...if you dont like the public then why did you ASK to work with the public? So if you like being talked down to by a pouty 14 year old that doesnt have a clue, by all means waste your money. I have been going to Dairy Queen all my life and cant recall one time I had bad service, I go to this Cold Stone place once and leave there with no ice cream and an attitude. Never again will I even think about spending...

He had just recovered from a procedure and he wanted Cold Stone. He couldn't drive due to anesthesia so I drove. We got there and he wanted the Oreo Overload with crumbles over the top of it to jazz it up a bit. You know...make it look pretty š. She scooped the ice cream and slapped it on the stone, took 4 Oreos and crunched them into it turning and flipping the ice cream, scooped it up and slapped it into the bowl used the metal spoon to scrap a little off the stone and slick it onto the side of the bowl and was ready to slap the lid on it. Hubby asked her then if she could do some crumbles on top and she said "you got 4 whole Oreos, we don't have cookie crumbles, you want me to crunch up another Oreo?" He said again, could you sprinkle some on top? She replied " I can put chocolate chips on it" and he said "ok cool". She them slapped the lid on, sped to ring it up, didn't ask for rewards number. He paid cash she gave change and almost tossed the bag to him and as she walked away "have a good day". If I come back into this location on 15 (I think) and VanDyke and she is there...I will...
