I was so excited when this location opened because it’s right next to my house, but I’ve been disappointed every time. The only good experience I had was opening day-the vibe inside the restaurant was exciting and positive, and everyone was on top of it. But I’m guessing a large majority of the staff present that day were trainers from other locations, because my visits have been consistently bad ever since. I drove to the 12 & Mound location for the last month instead of coming here because all of the issues I’ve had. Today I gave it another go and I am sad to say I will continue driving past this location to go to the one further from my house.
The past several times I’ve been to this location, my burrito was thrown together in such a way that it fell apart as soon as I took a bite. It’s extremely frustrating to spend good money on your lunch only to be wearing it all over your hands within two seconds of trying to enjoy it. One time I was dining in and this happened and I asked for them to re-wrap my burrito, only to be met with frustration and annoyance by the staff. During that same visit, I ordered a side of chips and guacamole and was given a half-full soufflé cup of guacamole. The staff was annoyed that I asked them to fill it up, but when I’m being charged for guacamole, I expect to receive the full amount I paid for.
A couple of visits later, I ordered my food via the mobile app and went through the drive-thru to pick it up. I asked the girl for an Arnold Palmer and she looked at me very confused, so I further explained that I wanted half iced tea and half lemonade. She gave me back a lemonade with no iced tea. I didn’t realize it until I got home and started eating my burrito (only to have it fall apart in my hands).
Today, I decided to try this location again after avoiding it for a few weeks. I ordered my lunch via the mobile app and pulled up to the drive-thru to pick up my food. The girl at the window was very nice, but told me to wait a second for my drink because the pop machine wasn’t set up. (How is the pop machine not set up 50 minutes after open?) Once I got home with my food, I noticed my burrito was significantly smaller than usual. I opened it up to find that for once my burrito was not going to fall apart, but only because it was half the size it should have been.
I am in the service industry, and I hate when people write bad reviews that are unwarranted, but this Chipotle definitely has earned their 1-star review. The food is consistently delicious, it always has been, but my experience here has also been consistently bad. I’m writing this review as a cry for help from management-please please please get this location together! There is a lot of potential here-it’s a convenient location and the mobile drive-thru makes it that much more convenient. It’s literally right next to my house and I would love to be able to swing by really quick and grab my lunch instead of having to drive four miles away to get it from another location.

Read moreThis used to be my favorite Chipotle to go to but the last few times I've been in there is giving racist prejudice vibes I hate to say it So I waited a good 10 minutes while they made fresh sofritos spelling maybe wrong because the one that was in the pan was crunchy and dried out That was no problem as I'm standing there watching everyone get their bowls made The guy making them was giving a handful of shredded cheese on top whole handful right on top beautiful So when it's my turn to make my order after waiting on the sofritas to get done I get this girl She had an attitude right from the start soon as she walked up before I even started giving my order attitude But when she got to the cheese shredded cheese she's picked up a fingers full and sprinkled it on top and I'm like can I get some more cheese She picked up another finger full and sprinkles it on top Now at this point I'm irritated cuz I just watched everybody bowl get made with hand full of cheese on the very top that's it no keep going back in the pan sprinkling lil drops of cheeses so yeah I just walked out and I will be contacting corporate on Monday because I can tell the manager in there he got an attitude too Like I said it's been giving racist vibes and I got the message loud and clear

Read moreA manager on the night shift had a meltdown on my 15 yr old nephew and I, because I lightly knocked on the drive-thru window to get their attention. This came after I was hastily given the wrong order, then ignored for almost 10 minutes because they were preoccupied on their cell phone. They hysterically accused me of attempting “assault” on them and the property, and trying to cause damage to the building.
After being denied my order (or even a refund), ordered to leave, then threatened with police action, my nephew was able to reason with this manager long enough to get our order for 5 people but he demanded that we never return to the location.
I’ve been coming to this store since it first opened a few years back and have never had an issue until this individual started working here. Corporate refunded my order (which was still missing several items), and promised they would look into the incident and that I was cleared to return to the store. I understand things are hard these days (especially in food service), but this managers response was totally unjustified for a simple tap on a drive-through window.
