From the moment I stepped into the shop, I could tell I was in for something special. The aroma of freshly made waffle cones, the colorful array of ice cream flavors, and the warm atmosphere immediately set the tone for a great experience. But what truly made this visit unforgettable were Mary and Lina, whose incredible customer service elevated the entire experience from good to exceptional.
Let’s start with the ice cream — hands down some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The texture was rich and creamy without being overly sweet, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. I tried a few flavors (with Mary and Lina happily offering samples with a smile), and each one was better than the last. The salted caramel had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, the strawberry tasted like actual ripe fruit rather than syrup, and the cookies & cream? Don’t even get me started — full of chunky cookie bits and not too icy, which is a rare win.
But while the ice cream was delicious, it was Mary and Lina’s service that truly stood out. They were warm, patient, and genuinely kind. Even when the line started to grow, they never rushed anyone or looked flustered. They greeted every single person with the same energy — big smiles, eye contact, and a willingness to go the extra mile to make people feel welcome.
Mary helped an indecisive kid pick a flavor with such kindness and encouragement, and you could see how comfortable the kid felt with her. Lina, meanwhile, made sure each order was picture-perfect, double-checking allergies, cleaning counters between customers, and making sure everyone left with a good experience. Together, they worked like a dream team — friendly, efficient, and clearly proud of the work they do.

Read moreI really hope this reaches the right person. My experience on the first two times were amazing. The first time I brought my children who had never visited Dairy Queen. And as my first time bringing them, I wanted it to be special so originally I wanted to get them the ice cream with the either red shell on the outside or the one with the chocolate shell and we didn’t end up getting that because they had $7 meal deals, which I thought was perfect, it had ice cream already in the meal a burger or chicken with fries and a drink. It was perfect! Not only was the food yummy yet still it was fulfilling. Mainly the service was top-tier literally. I came for a second time today and when I came, I was not given the proper order, a simple mistake they forgot my ice cream for each meal deal which was no biggie, but when I say they corrected my order so politely and didn’t give me any problem or any issue and everybody was so so polite. Everyone there needs and deserve a raise because they are very very polite people and they treat people with kindness and that is very rare nowadays. Read morePlaced a mobile order, expected pickup time was 6:05. Got to DQ around 6:05, there were 2 cars ahead of me and 3 cars waiting in the drive through parking spots. By the time I got my food, the 5 cars ahead of me were gone and 8 cars that came after me were gone. I ended up waiting in the spot I was directed to for about 30 to 35 minutes. In hindsight I should have gone in the store or at the very least checked my bag when it finally came. My blizzard was already very melted. My order of 6 piece honey bbq sauced chicken strips was wrong, i was given instead, 4 piece plain strips, not even the side bbq sauce I ordered. None of my food was hot, or even warm so clearly it had been sitting there. As mentioned there were many cars, it was busy, but it was a cluster. If it takes 30 minutes to get my order at least make sure it's correct and at least still warm..it was a mobile order I mean come on..
My girlfriend also just showed me her sundae was wrong, supposed to be fudge and peanut butter, instead it was fudge and reeces peanut butter cups. Again, hearing it and taking it down is one thing but this was a mobile order, everything already pre selected and sent there should be little...
