My initial visit to this shop left me disappointed due to the lack of respectful customer communication from the young staff. It was evident that there was a need for coaching in this aspect. Consequently, I was hesitant to return. However, giving them another chance changed my perspective entirely. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner himself, who was a humble and attentive individual. Not only did he assist me with my purchases, but he also offered to help load the items into my vehicle. This personal touch and dedication to customer satisfaction significantly improved my impression of the shop. Very dishonest Purchased an air fryer, wanted to plug it in and test it. The kid said it worked and he promised me it did But it did not work and owner. Said he tested it too and it worked so I took it apart. I found out the heating coil was burned out. I know it didn't burn out when I bought it . it Was burned out before I bought it I know when you buy things from these stores. They're sold as is but when they tell you it works that's not right So if you buy anything from them , and they tell you it works , and it doesn't you're just stuck , they won't give your money back Now he claims I brought it back which I didn't because I took it apart and wasn't worth putting back together he's just a straight up liar. Worst place to shop. Most of the stuff is junk, packed well but dirty and used inside. It was my first visit. I am very disappointed. One young guy who works there was helping someone finding stuff in bins. They both were speaking language other than English. This was a big turn off. That was not fair especially when some people were waiting in the line. Then at counter, two young boys and a woman were talking bad about someone and pointing to him/her. They were using their own language but their body language was telling everything. I wasted my time...
