Where do I begin? They have this unlicensed barber and this one guy who doesn’t know how to cut hair he doesn’t even know how to speak English but that’s not the point, today he cut my hair. I told him to leave the top even got it translated into Chaldean first thing he did was cut the top then made my fade uneven and messed up the whole haircut, stuff happens it’s cool I asked him hey fix this up please I can still see the line on my fade literately, he goes and “ no “ like what ma man then the owner steps in say “ ay man stop complaining “. I wasn’t complaining I was just telling the “ barber “. Then the owner says the “ fade looks good “ I’m like no it doesn’t you can see the line brother, I was being as respectful as I can. Then this other barber comes and he’s shows the owner and says “ yah look Melad look he didn’t fade in anything and left the top uneven “ then he tells me to go to his chair and fix’s me up as much as he can. But the point is this so it cool stuff happens again but not owning up to your mistakes is not cool. I would of never written this review but the reason I did was because the owner of the place was very rude and disrespectful, customer service comes first no matter what should of learned that first before going to barber school Melad. Terrible service. My brother came in for a haircut. They ignored him , so he sat down thinking it was just a oh hey i can cut when im not busy since no one said a single word to him. Eventually after 50 mins later, one guy says well be with you after this guy ( who had an appointment) while let me remind you, the rest of the men who worked there . Sat down on there empty chairs. While showing eachother stuff on there phones, going to the back of the room. Completely ignoring my bother. ( this place had some other language playing music, and talking. Which is totally fine, but it seemed like because he wasnt apart of them . They tried to do whatever they could so he would just leave and not be able to cut his hair). Im not even sure why they wouldn't say to my brother, hey we do only people like this and that or just say anything. Im really surprised how this place is even...

This place is a scam!! I went there and waited 3 hours for a cut. There were multiple barbers and other walk In customer although I came before the other customers they picked me last. I cloud even hear one of barbers say that he doesn’t wanna cut my hair. After waiting for 3 hours it was my turn for my cut. The barber that was cutting me took less than 25 minutes cutting my hair. I thought that the price was $25 with with the hair and beard, that’s how it’s always been. I ask the barber to trim my beard he says it’s gonna be another $20, I waited for 3 hours so I didn’t say no. After it was my turn to pay, the barber says if I want give him a tip, how can I say no when someone is straight up asking for a tip. They charged me 51$ for my haircut and my friend that went me got the same haircut done and got charged $25, scam...
