The service is just horrible and the pizza is not what it used be. You never know what pizza youāre going to get sometimes itās really good and most of the time itās over cooked or you can tell the pizza isnāt fresh. I never complain because stuff happens sometimes. But the last straw was when I ordered pizza the last time, I called for delivery and told them I was paying cash and I asked/told them that I had $100 bill and if that would ok he told me yes. When the delivery driver came I gave him the 100 bill and said he didnāt have change for that my order was around $50 I told him I called ahead of time and they said it was ok. When I called the store he said there was nothing he could do. He was so rude about as well. The driver waited while I was on the phone with the manager, the driver could have easily gone to the store and back with change with that time frame of when I was on the phone with the manager. So he just took the pizza back. I will never order pizza from there or any hungry howies again. That used be the only place I would order pizza from. They lost customers and Iāve told all my friends and family. None of us never order pizza from there again. I should really be thanking you because Iāve found a better pizza place Green Lantern good food nice staff and I havenāt had any issues. Its well over a year ago when this happened and to think hungry howies still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would have been ok and understanding if the manager was at least nice about it...

When I called back (Between 5:30ish PM-6 PM), Anna I believe states that the driver left the facility, knocked on the door, called me and then went back to the store and just left the pizza there. To make matters worse, Anna asked me to verify my number....which is also on the caller ID, and come to find out that she had my phone number wrong. Then she says when the driver comes back to the store, then he will come right away, but isn't sure when that will be. How do you suck that bad at your job? No offer for refund, no offer for replacement, no offer for anything, just an F U and that we will get it to you ASAP, even though the manager doesn't even know when ASAP is. Upon getting there there was no one to greet me. There was no cashier. I didnāt know if the people ahead of me was waiting in line to order or to pick up so I just stood there for about 15 mins before the guy making the pizza finally called for someone to come check us out.
