I have visited this Sterling Heights Jersey Mike's location previously and both times the accuracy & sub quality were inadequate. However, today's (06/19/2021) experience at the Sterling Heights location was exceptional! I called in my order and spoke with Joshua. He was very pleasant, personable and professional. He made sure my order was recorded correctly as I had some customization with the subs. I went in to pick up my order and the restaurant was spotless, bright & the staff was inviting. My transaction went smoothly however, I forget to give Joshua my phone# at checkout so that I could receive my Jersey points. I called back and again spoke to Joshua who took my phone# and applied my purchase so I could receive my points. Read moreI would give 0 stars if it was an option. The assistant manager Claudia gave my prepaid $200 dollar catering to a door dasher. What kind of manager doesn’t check the order number to verify it’s the correct order. Obviously upset about this she offered no resolution and was rude. Even talking disrespectfully in front of me about me, so I lost it on her and walked out and she was yelling ect. So unprofessional! She should be fired! I hope her GM watches the video footage, they would be appalled by her behavior!! Also, didn’t receive a full refund, she kept my prepaid tip!! Will be disputing this with my credit card company! Read moreTerrible experience! Me and my 2 cousins Came in and there was No type of greeting. A rathersomber atmosphere. We are new to Jersey mikes so we all wanted to experience the good reputation it carries.
I Asked a couple questions and the 2 dudes were not wanting to help and had an attitude. When ordering, felt rather rushed and was getting annoyed when adding to the sandwiches… the food order came out incorrect . And when addressed, the attitude continued to increase. I had to watch them make my food because I felt they were going to do something to it. I don’t usually write much reviews but I honestly had to tell someone. The food was delicious and I will give it another go SOMEWHERE ELSE…and this continued as other customers coming in. We were dining in and the worker told me to “keep it short” when there was 35 minutes until closing and more customers came in after us that was a very bad experience with customer services.
