Okay.So fortunately or unfortunately it is a very mixed bag at this mcdonald's kind of like the actual bag of food that you will be receiving lol but let's take a look at some of the goods! It's McDonald's, obviously you are going to either like it or straight up.Hate it personally for me.I've always loved the burgers and chicken that they've offered here.Since i was a child! The food is. Not the best but if you can afford it then it will do if you are someone who cannot prepare their own meals in time or maybe just hungry while traveling and need something to eat in a reasonably fast manner. The variety is also okay not straight up mediocre it definitely could be better but for the most part they do have a decent selection of burgers! Mcdoubles or the classic triple! Or the big Mac! quarter pounders ect ect and yes, they do still serve other things that aren't burgers. They do have a decent selection of mcchicken sandwiches as well and even fish so again some decent/mediocre variety! Also if you're the type of person who doesn't like waiting in line they also do have kiosk for quick ordering without the assistance of staff! With either card or cash payment although keep in mind , if you are going to be using cash you will be able to select your order on the kiosk but you will then need to pay up front at the register with cash but anyways, like I said, the quality of the food is okay. It's nothing that you are going to be absolutely amazed by as this is unhealthy fast food after all" it's mediocre but good enough and maybe more depending on your personal circumstances for example if you are hungry than a place like mcdonald's will definitely do you well!. Now, when it comes to pricing, this is when it gets a little tricky.Thankfully they do have some slightly affordable options for those who don't have all that much money but of course the other options are not terribly expensive for example a medium meal here will be around 10 to 15$ depending on the size of it and whatever else you include! I once had the quarter pounder meal which costed me around 10$ as well as a mcchicken sandwich which brought my bill up to eighteen dollars and ninety seven cents. I will admit some single items on the menu are a bit pricey unless you get the meal which will make the value a bit better like some sandwiches are around seven dollars just for that one single item unless you get the meal which will bring your bill to ten dollars but you will be getting more things! Now, when it comes to how sanitary this place is thank God I have never had one of those oh shi there's a hair in my food moments. Or wow, this table is super dirty and unkept. For the most part, it is clean enough and for me. Personally, I have not had any gross encounters while eating here as I do tend to dine inside instead of ordering, take out
Now the staff here is also very decent.I haven't had any rude comments said about me.Or any discrimination and for the most part, I have had plenty of respectful employees, take my order. And bring out my food to me fairly quickly! My only. Incident, I had a problem with the staff was during some of the later hours, specifically around 12 AM at night.I once showed up here for some late night.Food and let's just say that I ended up staying at this McDonald's in the parking lot for nearly an hour and a halfAnd apparently this was due to the fact that my order was basically not being made for some reason even though I showed up and showed them the code since I ordered online and the employee at the window told me to wait.Like everyone else and not only was I waiting. But there was like 5 other people who were also waiting for their food which took an incredibly long time to the point Where me and two other customers actually walked in and had to talk to the manager since our food was taking way too long and apparently it was due to some issue in the kitchen. So yeah definitely not fun but besides that incident, this McDonald's is still okay.Just try not to come here every day it's not...
Read moreI just went through the drive through at 6:15am. I ordered my drink, a breakfast sandwich and fruit and maple oatmeal. I pulled into a parking spot to eat the oatmeal to find there was no pouch of raisins and cranberries and the apples I was given were the kid's meal apple slices which don't even fit in the oatmeal bowl. So, I drove back to the speaker to ask for the diced apples and raisins. The man on the speaker was polite enough and said he would let the person handing out the food know to correct. But when I get to the window I am told that they are out of diced apples and that's their normal substitute. There is no mention of the fact there were were no raisins or cranberries. When he offered me a substitute item I said no thank you. I will just return the oatmeal. That's where everything changed. He suddenly flipped on the attitude. I heard him tell the manager he had a refund for oatmeal. She said "really". His response was a very loud "Yes, really" I assume to be sure it was loud enough I could hear. The manager processed the refund with the window closed. Never said a word to me. She gave the money to the cashier who placed it in my hand as he grabbed the oatmeal from my other hand. Not one time did anyone say the words I am sorry. Not once did anyone offer a discount for serving plain oatmeal for the same price as the normal fruit oatmeal. They just assume that it's ok to short the customer because they haven't properly ordered supplies. Or the choose not to tell you when you order oatmeal that they have no fruit and let you decide if you still want it. I realize this is a minor issue in the scheme of things. My problem wasn't the mixup with the oatmeal and fruit. The problem is the way I was treated when I pointed it out. No apology from anyone. Not a great example being set by the Manger this morning. Whether I have fruitless oatmeal at the price of their normal oatmeal should be my...
Read moreTonight’s experience has resulted in me refusing to return to this specific restaurant. I’d give zero starts if I could.
I placed my order and paid with no problems, but when I pulled up to the second window to receive my food the kid working there (who seemed stoned) gave me the wrong food. The girl from the first window who took my order had to come help that situation. I was sent to park and they would bring my food out. I double checked my order again just to make sure, and noticed that the receipt printout on the burger box did not match the receipt I got when I paid so I went in to confirm that my meal was correct and was told the receipts are not supposed to match. No real effort was made by any of the employees to confirm whether or not I had the correct meal.
On my way out, I passed the manager, Andrew, returning from dealing with a difficult customer outside. He asks if everything is alright and I reply it’s fine and keep walking. He mutters “whatever” under his breath with an attitude. I turn back to ask if he really just did that and he tries to insist it wasn’t directed at me. I ask for his name and let him know I will be calling corporate because that’s not an acceptable response to the interaction we had regardless of who it was directed at. I turn to leave and he, again, mutters a “whatever”.
I responded more negatively this time and flipped him off from outside the building and asked if he was freaking serious before walking to my car. He proceeds to stick his head out the window of the vestibule to shout at me across the parking lot to insist that it wasn’t directed at me and to tell me I’m rude for how I responded. I let him know he was the rude one for misdirecting his frustrations at a pregnant woman.
I also never got the medium coke I ordered with my meal and did not feel comfortable returning to the restaurant to get it after the manager treated...
