At first I was very pleased with new set-up, it looks great on the inside, I'm so happy to have one literally right next door to where my girlfriend works, I ordered my food right after a gentleman did because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at the time, so about 2-3 minutes after screening the menu, I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, with a ice cap with NO whip cream, then I order a #12 which was the croissant with bacon, egg, and cheese with an upcharged large 4x4... I pay for my meal which comes out to 14.72$ something didn't seem right because I use to work for Tim hortons and I could to this day remember prices and the pos system like the back of my hand, the cashier (blonde girl) was kinda rude to the customers at first and I was in shock, and she was just plain out snotty like she didn't wanna be there, so after I pay for my food and ask for the receipt, she charges me for the Whole large, AND she charges me for the whip cream at this time I'm starting to get a little upset, wasn't sure if she was listening to my order or what the problem was, so then I had to speak with another younger woman, couldn't remember her name but she was in training, she gave me a donut to compensate for my wait, which was great of her and I appreciate that, but then I had to ask to speak with a manager, Brittani I believe her name was, she jumped right on top of things, she fixed the ice cap and refunded the amount for my coffee and the whip cream I didn't want, and she was apologetic and was just telling me how there's new staff on board and she was sorry for the inconvenience, now at this point I'm starting to feel better about the situation, the manager came and fixed my issue, now after she refunded me what I asked for, I was there for about 20-25 minutes waiting on an eggs for my sandwich, honestly didn't plan on coming back.. if it wasn't for the manager fixing the situation I would've brought my business else where.... would've given 5 stars but there was just too much problems for such little...
Read moreThe staff that work here are the perfect example of the decline and decay of societal intelligence levels. I’ve ordered several times from this location. They simply do not know how to add cream & sugar to coffee. Not to worry yet I still keep giving them chances perhaps one day they will restore my faith in humanity.
If only there’s was a giant machine from the distant future with 2 buttons on it labeled “Cream” & “Sugar” oh how wonderful and simple it would make adding the right portion to each coffee. Instead they actual do in fact have such an amazing piece of technology. If only corporate can send in a professional to help train the staff here on how to press the sugar button 1 time for 1 sugar and press it twice for 2 sugars. How glorious of an achievement and advancement this would be for the human race. Yet sadly it seems the staff are far too undertrained to use such a device. Somehow this piece of highly sophisticated advanced machinery which is probably not even from this planet has done the excellent job of eluding their basic human understanding.
Unless I’m mistaken and this machine requires Harvard professors to work out some of the worlds most difficult mathematical equations and formulas in order to calculate the precise amount of cream & sugar needed for a cup of coffee. Which otherwise I can now understand why the task is nearly impossible. I urge everyone to ask for your coffee black and just ask for cream sugar on the side just don’t be surprised if they still add...
Read moreDavon (I hope i didnt spell this wrong) she is an employee at this location. She is the only reason I still come to this location. I have personally seen this young lady run both drive through and the store front on her own. She is the only person there that can actually do the job. She is there every morning and still there by the time I get off work 8 hours later. She deals with all the other employees simply not getting it or screwing everything up. Not taking orders correctly, making things wrong and blatantly not caring at all about the customers. She fixes it all and even more impressive than all this...she keeps a smile on her face. She is genuinely a happy person. She always has a smile and a friendly tone in her voice. Trust me, I would have stopped dealing with this location a LONG time ago, but this young lady is a rock star and makes it worth it. Anyone that works that hard earns my business. Whoever owns/runs this Tim Hortons needs to give this young lady a raise... and fire the rest of the staff and start fresh because they are NOT doing the job at all. They are not only lazy and slow but they are incompetent obviously because they cant even enter an order...
