We stayed here a few weeks ago for two nights. There were three adults in a room with two queen beds. The room was large with plenty of room for us to spend time in there without feeling like we were on top of each other. The couch was comfortable but the TV was angled more towards the beds than the couch. As it was new construction, it was in great condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. We wanted to use the pool, but the chlorine smell was overwhelming to the point that we didn't even get wet before leaving the area. The ice machine on our floor (4th) wasn't working, but the one on the next floor was fine (no big deal). I would say that I was quite disappointed in the fruit that was offered for breakfast. Read moreI waited 10 mins at the front desk while one worker talked on the phone and the other just ignored me. Then was charged $30 more then my conformation receipt was. The room still had sodas in the refrigerator. No extra bedding for the trumble. The king bed had sunk in spot at your feet. The bathroom ceiling corner had multiple cracks. Asked the front desk if they had plastic silverware. Was told no they didn't have none. Which is not true because they serve breakfast every morning. Also lots of construction happening near and around the building. Very disappointing being a newer hotel. And we have enjoyed other Springhill suites locations. I do not recommend staying...
Read morePros: This hotel is new. Everything is clean and fresh. The staff are friendly and responsive. It was a great location close to everything you may need. Cons: The pool doesn’t open until 10am which seems late. The chlorine was way too much. We could see it in the water all around us. It burned our eyes and discolored all of our bathing suits.
