Bill's Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Stevens Point

Bill's Pizza is always a must when I come home for a visit. I understand they have a "have patience, we're understaffed sign" but it was ridiculous. We waited at our table for over 20 minutes to have our drink order taken. There were at least 3 servers I could see and only 4 tables total.

We got our pitcher of beer that was 1/3 foam but didn't care, we did care about not getting glasses for the beer until the foam had all died.

We placed our order for the cheesy bread and our pizzas. Our pizzas came out before the cheesy bread and we were told that one cheesy bread was "in the warmer" but another had to be made. Those were supposed to be out before the pizzas. We were only 1 of 2 tables at this point and were told our pizzas were sitting for a bit because the order didn't have a table number on it. We never received plates and had to go track down a pizza caddy for parmesan.

The food was absolutely delicious as always, but I don't think we will dine in again.

The worst part was listening to one of the servers talk to his friend at another table about Facebook stalking some girl who was in here based off her name on the card she used. That's absolutely disgusting and made our whole table uncomfortable. He even told that table "sorry, I forgot about you guys out here because I was Facebook stalking that girl in the back!"

We didn't see our server after receiving the mugs for our beer because she was too busy cleaning to get out of here instead of checking on her table. A different server checked in on us and gave us boxes. This was a disaster visit.

The food is ALWAYS delicious, just don't eat in the restaurant. Do yourself a favor and carry out or...

Words cannot describe the attitude that was just displayed on me and my co-worker that were trying to express the previous negative experience and concerns we just had to someone who we thought could resolve it for us. Not only did the owner take our complaint but he also did not know how to professionally deal with feed back, but he tried to rebuttal with business vs business, (since we were ordering from our work for our lunch break at our buisness that we WORK at) and we are not even business owners, we are people ordering from HIS business. As a local here in Stevens point WI I used to love this place, LOVED the waitress's, the food, and the delivery. But after hearing this man, how the phone call went, ALONG WITH a hang up at the end with a very insensitive apology I will not be returning with my family and friends, and I don't recommend anyone else to do so. If you do, the food is great, but if you have a simple issue, and want to try to have it resolved...I wouldn't recommend asking anyone ESPECIALLY the owner for help...

My son and I had dinner there and Bill's Pizza is the best Pizza place in town. I moved out of central Wisconsin a couple of years ago, and had been craving Bill's Pizza for a few weeks now. I ordered the House Special Pizza(small) and a junior roast beef (my son small cheese and sausage). I love love love the thin crust you serve. I only had a few pieces of pizza the plan was to take some home so I can enjoy it the next few days. The first bite of the roast beef and I was brought back to my childhood.

I remember the old location when you'd enter the building you were greeted my a tile mural of and Italian chef and the as we walked in the coin jukebox with the 45's. Grateful Bill's is still around serving the best Pizzas in town and the same recipes. Thank you Bill's for nostalgic vibes. I'll always be back as long as you a still serving the great community of Stevens Point and the surrounding areas (thanks for delivering to the...
