Waste of money. Waited 45 mins after I placed order. And I UNDERSTAND it was their grand opening but everyone else was getting their food before us. People who ordered 10-15 mins after I placed my order. I keep hearing them call out 10+ small orders and I get that they want to get those out the way but they need to learn to sequence. When asking About my order the lady right away was defensive and saying “we have three registers the orders bump up” while I clearly see ONLY two open registers. Doesn’t even apologize or sympathize not one bit. Then she asked for my ticket which I provided. Comes back hands me the ticket doesn’t inform me on how much longer it will take and we are order 177 I keep hearing every number but ours (175,176,178,180)so I’m waiting by the counter now and I HEAR that same lady talking crap with one of the higher ups. It was a man dressed nicely you can tell he is the owner or manager. I hear her say “these people are complaining about the time but they are gonna wait regardless” but when I witness another customer go thru the same thing and it was a “white couple “ they came out brought the bag for them and apologized sincerely. But with me they didn’t care about none of that or that I was waiting a long time already. It was onto two cheeseburgers. One pizza puff and hotdog. I’m honestly so disappointed it’s NOTHING like the original one. They pick n choose who to be nice based...
Read moreI have eaten at the other Joeys and was looking forward to another positive experience boy was I wrong. After waiting 15 minutes for 2 hot dogs and a gyro platter while also watching people with larger orders put in after me receive their food, I decided to ask about mine. This was followed by a confused look from the man behind the counter and a scramble to the kitchen. Apparently only my order didn’t make it to the kitchen because the printer was malfunctioning. I offered to present my receipt and was told no need we got it and your food will be right up. 10 minutes later I inquired again and I am told it’s almost ready just waiting on your burgers which I politely reminded him we have no burgers in the order. More confusion and kitchen scrambling. I’m then presented with a bag listing the contents of everything I ordered. Surprise surprise no fries in the bag. During all this the workers seemed as though the couldn’t care less they made someone wait a half hour for hot...
Read moreI got a grilled chicken breast sandwich. It seemed like it was pre-cooked and it was served lukewarm. It was covered in a spice mix that tasted very chemical-y, like it probably had MSG in it. I ordered my fries well-done, browned. They were soggy yellow. No attempt was made to prepare my food to order. The people were nice, but the food was very mediocre. I would find it intolerable to eat inside because they have a loudspeaker where they shout out the order numbers. This makes the whole place booming noisy and unpleasant. It was a constant racket, very jarring. This seemed unnecessary. Who is going to order food and then run away? This place recently opened, so I hope they'll get rid of the loudspeaker and spend more effort preparing the food fresh and to order. I've asked others who have ordered different food there and they all said it was mediocre. Maybe try hotter, fresher, made to order, and don't add unexpected chemicals...
