UPDATE So, we still stop by here once in a blue moon if the craving for their curly fries or Jamocha shake get bad... We eat here maybe a couple of times a year.... Maybe. Less some years. We used to eat here monthly years ago. The last time we came here they gave us those crinkle fries instead of curly fries.... We were sooo not happy about having to come back into town to get what was asked for. Apparently they took the order wrong, maybe they shouldn't sell 2 types of fries that both start with a "C" if their employees cant hear the difference in pronunciation? I will just have to try and remember to check food before leaving the next time we get a craving. That said, this last time the sandwiches were actually made right and we got actual noticeable amounts of meat and condiments in the sandwiches and the fry containers were actually full, not half- 3/4 full as they tended to be for years. So I am raising my original rating from 2* to 3* for now, I may raise it again in the future. We will give them a try again in another month. If the food quality has gone up consistently then we may actually start eating here again... We shall see.
ORIGINAL REVIEW What the heck!?! No more Mtn Dew???? ... Way overpriced for what you get, they are always stingy with everything ... Tastes decent as far as the food goes most of the time. The curly fries and Jamocha shake are their only real game savers for me, and the Ruben... When its actually made right and not bone dry with lack of everything... No matter though. No more Mtn Dew, much more infrequent service from us. This was one of the very few places in town that served Pepsi products. Guess its just freddy's steakburgers...

Waited in line in the drive thru for 20 mins & was cut off by two different people just to be told the order had never arrived (even though I had the items on my screen and could've given them the order myself) and I needed to come in, went in and the order magically appeared. Took another 10 mins for the order to be ready. Chefs & other staff were laughing about the situation. I was cussed out by the customer, who lived 7 miles away, for the wait, so it wasn't as funny to me. You all have job security - we rely on our tips and ratings to continue Dashing and this is my full time job. My pay was cut in half on this order. You should just tell Dashers to come straight inside the restaurant for orders. Keeps situations like this...
Read moreThese are the online order and lobby order of jamocha shakes i got (respectively). They tasted so much like vanilla I assumed it was a simple mistake, and went back inside to ask. The lady at the front seemed ready for that question though. I absolutely don't understand where the rudeness came from. She was rude taking the lobby order as well. Did not even bother to put whipped cream or drizzle on the shakes. The dining room had cleaning supplies scattered, but that's completely understandable as it was time to pre close. This Arby's is sort of notorious for its quality here, but I haven't ever had issues with a milkshake... but its not even the same color.
