The staff was in no hurry to take my order. I stood at the register for 5 min as 2 female employees stood talking without acknowledging me at all. No greeting when I walked in or assurance that soneone would be right with me. I was about to just leave when a young man working the drive through asked if I needed help. I ordered a smoothie and a yogurt bowl and 1 of the girls brought my smoothie, set it down on the counter and turned to walk away so i started to remind her that i also had a bowl when she cut me off saying it will be brought out whenever it's ready. Well excuse me miss priss! But if you had simply handed me my smoothie and bothered to say something, like "your yogurt bowl will be ready in just a minute" then i wouldn't have had to wonder if you even knew. The sandwich I got was completely flat and barely any cheese WHEN I PAYED for extra cheese. Just an absolute rip off. I should have went elsewhere for lunch and now I’m out 13 bucks. I understand the weather affected things today, however, they should have closed out the third party delivery channels before closing the store.
