The food was good, no complaints there. The girl at the cashier on the other hand was very rude to my autistic daughter. There was a small mixup when we ordered the 4 piece taste of KFC. On their app it showed that it came with 1 breast, 1 thigh and 2 legs. We wanted to sub 1 leg for a wing. The girl at the cashier got an attitude with my daughter saying she ordered 2 wings when she didn't. And that the 4 piece taste of KFC came with a breast, thigh, leg and wing already and showed my daughter the pic on the board. My daughter right before we left, just wanted to show the girl why there was a mixup by showing her the pic on the KFC app. The girl raised her voice, and told my daughter that was something else not what we ordered. It was the exact thing we ordered but showed 2 legs, and not a leg and a wing. That was why there was a mixup in the first place, and my daughter just wanted to show her why she had been confused. Read moreThe first time we ordered here, I placed a take-out order online, and it didn't go particularly well; one of the orders was "original" instead of "extra crispy", and I received no sauce for the chicken strips (I was pressed for time and didn't check the order). Additionally, I ordered some fifteen minutes before arriving and then had to wait another twenty.
The second time we ordered here, we went through the drive-through, and it went much better. The order was correct with plenty of sauce, everything was hot and fresh, and it was ready in a very reasonable ten minutes. I did not mention my previous visit nor had I lodged a complaint, so I'm sure they made no special effort.
The take away (or take out, I suppose) is this: unless you have to have it delivered for amy reason, skip the website. Just drive there and order, it was a marked improvement. I cant say that either option is 100% consistent, but I'll be eating from this KFC enough to adjust my review if anything proves that today...
Read moreThe food was fine. Not great, not wonderful, but fine. The service was, however, sub par. I visited on a Friday around 8pm, and they were clearly in a rush. Their service experienced multiple errors with folks in the driveway, whom I witnessed coming into the store asking for corrections. Those folks also seemed particularly perturbed to see and hear the employees cutting up and having a grand time while they waited patiently for their corrections. I think they'd rather have just had the correct order the first time, and instead were getting the impression that the employees just didn't care about the customers' concerns. As for my order, there was an error due to a lack of communication on their part, but it got me a free cookie in the process (unbeknownst to them).
