Absolutely insane #@#$% working here! My 11 year old son and I were threatened by one of their employees right at their closing. She had a bad day and decided to take it out on us. I have tried to take it up with their manger on several occasions but they are always screening calls there. I understand everyone has a bad day but the other young lady working there looked at me like she herself was being victimized by this crazy woman! I actually considered contacting law enforcement, she stormed around the store refusing to let me pay for haircut, which at that point she began to inform all the twisted details in which somehow I had offended her...it was as if I was fighting with my sister as a teen or ex of some kind! The most bizarre situation I have ever found myself in my life. She appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, many of you being from Oklahoma know the tale tale signs of a meth addict! Avoid this place like the plague until they have dealt with...

4 years later and they are still nickel and diming the customers. I enjoy a fade cut with the foiler in use. They charge you an extra $5 with the already priced haircut. I'll keep going back to Great Clips. Where it's not a nickle and dime issue. The competition beats them hands down, STILL! The customer services are not indicative of the price imo. I try to stay local and bypass franchises but wow. I'm on a budget and will go to the competitor's for a great cut with no charge for using a foiler. I've lowered my rating to a 1 star just because they don't care about my hard...

Absolutely worst experience getting a haircut ever. I went in and asked for a 2 on the side with a fade. and a clean up on top (not make it shorter) and i assumed she knew it meant using scissors. She ends up giving me a 1 on the sides. all the way up to the top so i looked like a marine. and takes a 5 clip and runs over my whole head.

that isn't what i asked for at all. worst haircut i have ever had. and i have cut my own hair before. don't go here. it is a complete waste...
