Dragon Garden — Restaurant in Stockbridge

I went to this restaurant Saturday evening to get 2 combo dinners for me and my husband. I ordered the TSO Chicken combo and my husband the shrimp with mixed vegetables. When we got home we sat down to eat and my husband finished all of his plate,but I only ate my egg roll and bites of chicken and rice but did not finish it not even half. After about 2 hours I started feeling nauseated and I felt great the whole day and past week and so I thought what is happening to me for me to be this sick all of a sudden,so I ended up throwing up all night long just feeling miserable. I thought after throwing up all night it was over..I was wrong..Having an empty stomach I tried juices and crackers but could not eat all day Sunday because I felt so sick and my stomach continued to hurt..I just gave up on trying to eat and stayed with fluids..I go to bed and try to rest but i end up having diarrhea all day long and could not eat or keep anything down.So Monday comes and.I stayed in bed all day and could not even get up to go to the bathroom without feeling so dizzy and sick it is awful!!!! Then again not being able to eat or drink much at this point I have to force myself so I will not get dehydrated. I still was not able to eat anything.I again was up all night going to the bathroom with severe diarrhea and I mean severe at least 20 times in a six hour period..At this point I have had enough!! I know for sure I had gotten FOOD POSIONING from this restaurant .I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER go back to this place. It is now Tuesday morning and I am still suffering with this..I am leaving this review because I pray that no one else get this sick from eating there. I am miserable and have to go to the hospital now because I can not stop the throwing up and diarrhea that all started after eating this food.. PLEASE listen to me when I tell you be CAREFUL!!! I have been coming to this place since they opened. Since the new management the food is absolutely horrible. We took back a $90 order. We even gave it a second change. The food taste like they have watered it down. There is no flavor from the egg too young, lo mein to the egg rolls. When I went there the lady up front said the original ow era are her cousin. I don’t believe it. If they are they should call them up and show them how to cook. It’s sad because the original owners made true New York Chinese. I would rather eat Panda Express. It’s very sad. To ruin such a place is a bad look. There isn’t much Chinese in this area and I was always proud to say how good they was. Now I would have to say this ranks way below your average Chinese restaurant. It doesn’t please me to say this but it’s the truth. Who wants watered down food. If it’s seasoning and quality to cut price. Raise the price a little. Come on it’s not fair and you ruined their good name. My first visit at Dragon Garden was amazing we ordered the beef and broccoli and chicken with vegetables very favorable the veggies snapped, the meat wasn’t chewy. And lots of food. So 5 star experience. My second visit (today) after being excited to eat here again was not the same. For $10.95 I ordered the JUMBO fried shrimp. The shrimp are NOT JUMBO I received medium at best sized shrimp, with heavy batter. Also the shrimp seemed like over cooked mushy imitation shrimp if that’s a thing definitely not what I was expecting based on my first experience. I even stopped at the grocery store for some cocktail sauce thinking I was about to throw down on some delicious , JUMBO shrimp. If I could upload a picture I would. I’m not even going to eat the rest after 3 pieces I’m convinced it’s probs not a good idea to finish the rest. But anyways so far beef, chicken, and veggies are flavorable and fresh on the second visit a month apart from the first. Stay away...
