Burger King — Restaurant in Stockbridge

The driveway was organized, legible, and fully operational with clear sound and the appropriate menu present for that time of day.

The receiver of my order was polite, professional, and patient. They even tried to accommodate my desires from the previous menu when I advised that I was saddened & flustered that I missed the breakfast menu by a few minutes. VERY emotionally intelligent and customer service oriented.

The vegan burger was actually prepared with love and didn't feel like or taste like a frozen patty burger. This Burger King has their stuff together. This is the first time I wasn't overwhelmed with disappointment.

While I waited for fresh food, I went inside to use the gas station facilities. BK's counter and small seating area smelled and looked clean.

The server brought my food out. She remembered my face and greeted me by holding the gas station exit door and handing me my bag of food. There were napkins and sauces (ketchup and chocolate churro sauce) inside the bag, although I didn't remember to ask.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Burger King. All the facilities (Northern to this one) need training at a facility like this to become better. They have a LONG way to go.

Waited until I had eaten here 6-7 times but after about the third or fourth visit I started noticing a trend. I thought it might be just me and my family but we started getting sick every time we ate here. we would either get nausea and vomit, but we almost always got diarrhea. we eat at the Forest Park, ellenwood, McDonough and also the Jonesboro locations with no problems so the problem has to lie within the store. also for some reason they can't cook the cheese fries properly but I only experience that issue twice and I quit buying them. I really wanted this place to do good cuz it's close to my home and the other location in Stockbridge has been horrible for like 5 or 6 years and didn't surprise me they went out of business. I came here on Sunday 3/23/2025 at around 9:50 am, and ordered a meal with a small coffee. I noticed the cup was a little light when the worker handed it to me, but I didn't pay attention to it mainly because I just dropped off my girlfriend at work, so I was tired n hungry. When I got home and opened the coffee to add my sugar and cream, the cup was half full, it wasn't even half full it was a little less than half,and looked like tea, so I sipped It and It was watered down. If you didn't have enough coffee, you could have given me an option to wait so you could brew some or get a substitute. If I wasn't so tired, i would have gone back up there.
