i live very closely to this dunkin donuts so i visit quite often , they never have enough employees to serve for dine in, when i first began visiting for about 3 months they didnt have a toaster they were only serving donuts and coffee which is unheard of to the BRAND itself, I ORDER MY COFFEE THE SAME WAY EVERY TIME ALL YEAR SMALL ICE COFFEE WITH LIQUID SUGAR CREME AND WHIPP CREAM, GOING THROGH THE DRIVETHROUGH I SPEAK SLOW PRONOUCE EVERY WORD REPEAT TWICE AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG, BUT TODAY WAS THE LAST STRAW BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE MORE ATTITUDE THAN THE NORM, WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW AND I WAS HANDED MY COFFEE I IMMEDIATELY SAW THE GRAINS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP WHICH IS THE FIRST INDICATION "LIQUID SUGAR WAS NOT USED" EVEN THOUGH ONLY A GED IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ITS SIMPLE SCIENCE YOU CAN NOT MIX HARD SUGAR CANE IN COLD LIQUID BECAUSE IT WILL SINK TO THE BOTTOM AND NOT MIX LIKE OIL AND WATER, AFTER ADDRESSING IT WITH THE LADY IN THE WINDOW WHO CLAIMED SHE WAS "THE MANAGER" THE LIGHT SKIN GIRL DECIDED TO ECHO IN THE BACKGROUND QUOTE "SHE ALWAYS COMPLAIN" NOW THAT PROVOKED ME ..BECAUSE IN THE WORLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LAST TIME I CHECKED IF IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND MY REQUEST IS HOW I WANT TO IT, THEN YOU IN THE WRONG BUSINESS YOUNG LADY,,SERVICE AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT, THE "MANAGER CLAIMED SHE MADE OVER AND STILL HANDED ME ANOTHER CUP OF ICE COFFEE WITH HARD SUGAR CANE INSTEAD OF LIQUID SUGAR SO I SNAPPED PHOTOS OF IT FOR PROOF BECAUSE EITHER THE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY SLOW RETARDED AND COMPREHEND ENGLISH WHY IS THIS FRANCHISE EVEN OPEN BRACH MANAGER OF THIS FRANCHISE NEEDS TO REVAMP A N MORE PROFESSIONAL STAFF OR CLOSE THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE GHETTO AND...
Read moreY’all…. Greeting customers is bare minimum. I walked in to get a gift card for someone who had helped me that morning and mentioned needing a coffee. A few ppl walked past… no one said a thing! I waited a bit longer…. The elder said someone will be with you. Again ppl walking past never acknowledged me… a person with money in their hand obviously needing assistance from the establishment. A gentleman walked in and someone [later to be found out was the cashier] walked up and asked if he was there for a pick up for one of food delivery services. He said oh I thought you would help her first. I said I guess you are the priority and he looked at her. She just asked him again for the name on the pick up…. As if I wasn’t standing there. Very much weird. Very much unprofessional. Simply lacking common courtesy. I didn’t want to allow this to offset the seed I intended to sow but they will never get another penny. Read moreWhen I arrived there was only 1 car in front of me and they were at the window waiting to pay. It took 5 minutes for them to ask me what I wanted. I asked for 4 Bismarck and was told they didn't have them, so I asked for 4 Boston cremes and was told they didn't have them. I said ok what do you have, so I ordered 2 Bavarian cremes and 2 vanilla creme filled donuts and a medium tea. The car in front was still waiting when I got to the window and it took 15 minutes for them to get their order. When I got to the window the lady tried to hand me a small tea so I asked about the medium I ordered and she fixed it and gave me a bag with 2 vanilla creme donuts and walked away. She came back a few minutes later to ask if I needed anything and I told her I was waiting for my 2 Bavarian donuts and then she tells me I already have them. I reminded her that I had 4 donuts not 2 and tried to show her my receipt. She seemed irritated and ended up giving me 2 regular donuts with vanilla frosting instead of what I ordered.
