I needed a part for my washer that was out of stock in the Mississippi and Tennessee area. I took it upon myself to look for it on line. National Appliance Parts had it in stock, and got them to ship it overnight. To verify the part and make sure it was the correct one I contacted them. I loved their customer care system. Robert from Modesto store was very helpful and knowledgeable locating the parts I needed. Carlos was very helpful and friendly when I picked up my parts at their Stockton location. The Stockton store has a cool display of old washing machines, stoves and ovens some are hundred years old. Some tiny ones looks like toys but has electric cords so I assume they are real. Very cool place and people....

Dogs are the rubber boot on my LG front loader.. they had the part in stock and I was able to get it done the next day. Then I had a problem trying to get the metal spring clip on and so I called to see if they had the tool and he said he could order it. Then he said why when your only going to use it once. He then gave me a little advise on how to put it back on without the tool.. good...
