I liked going to this boba place. It was a bit over priced compared to other boba places, but I liked their drinks. The last I went was 3 months ago however, until today. I generally get what I usually get. One thai milk tea and one raspberry rama. When I ordered the thai milk tea, the cashier person asked me if I wanted it blended or slushed. I was confused with this question. A regular milk tea is not supposed to be blended or slushed. I said blended because I thought that it was the normal because a slush is icy. When they came out with my order, I saw that the thai milk tea was slushed, I was confused. I asked them about it and they said that they asked me if I wanted it blended or iced. I told them that they said blended or slushed. They didn't offer any reimbursement or to fix the drink for me. Why would anyone want a milk tea blended? Why would they even ask? Clearly the workers do not know what they were doing. Another thing is, that this place raised their price. Usually buying these two drinks would only cost me $9. Now it costs $11. Being charged for the boba in the drinks and having it taste like plastic and not being its actual size. Also being charged for less sugar in the drink. What is this?? It's not like they are not already over priced, but being charged for every little thing for the drink... My raspberry rama which is supposed to be a slush came out already melted and watery also. What happened to this place within the 3 month gap that I haven't been there? It has become pretty bad. Maybe it was the workers, maybe the management, I am not sure. However, this place is not worth going there anymore. The workers just seem so lazy...

So, not sure if they're under new management or hired new staff but the customer service is subpar 👎, and so are the drinks. The prices have increased especially those with coconut pulp which I can handle, but when they fail to put enough coconut in the drink that requires it, is another story, then they try to deny it and don't offer anything to please paying customers! They will also mix/dilute fresh coconut water with sugar water, you can taste the difference, which they'll deny also. O'h yeah I almost forgot to mention, I found a few ants in one my drinks as well. They used to so much better! I used to recommend them for a good dessert drink, but now I don't! Come on guys, you can do better than that! I hope they read these comments to...

I hate to do this but I think it's necessary to do so. I've been to this place many time to get a sweet cold drink. However, every time I went. the employees look as if they don't want to work. And next, In one occasion I was charged extra for an ingredient to be removed. The man said, AW! EXTRA CHARGE for custom drink OKAY? it reminds me of a movie where a man told a black guy to hurry and buy! Finally, The last time I went there was with my wife to get two drinks. That was the last straw I ever drink from there because my drink tasted like spoiled milk. YUCK. SORRY NO...
