AT&T Store — Local services in Stockton

First they scheduled my appointment at a location that wasn’t even open wasting an entire day because I have to stop by on my lunch break to get this done. Then after getting an appointment at a location they managed to keep open there’s only one employee so I’m wasting my lunch break waiting for walk ins to get helped before I do even though it was my appointment time. Then after finally getting on service I’m told my router wouldn’t take longer than 2 days to arrive and that they’re “doing everything they can” to get it to me as quickly as possible. The only reason I’m putting a review for this store is because my granddad was given the hardest time. I don’t know if its because of his color. But he was sold lies and now the person who helped him out Brian is never at the store. Everytime i ask for him he off or called out. Whats worse is hes the store manager. I have come to these guys for the last couple of years. They have always come thru with not only excellent service but truly look at my needs and have gotten me the best deals for every need that I may have and have never missed the mark. I can even come back to just pay a bill and they will inquire how things are and even check to make sure I am getting all my needs met.
