I stopped in after work to have some dinner. The young lady came to my table And took my drink order after a while, she return with my Pepsi and stale chips and salsa. She continue to walk past my booth to assist the family of I believe 6 who were at two tables in front of me she never returned to my table , but she did continue to walk past my table another five times never asking if I was ready to order after a while and older gentleman peaked Into my booth Greeted me a good evening and ask if anyone had taken my order I said no and he took my order. after a while the young lady pass by my booth again to assist the family that was in front of me. On the seventh time passing me I made eye contact with her in hopes that she would stop and acknowledge me, she never did. after a while, the older gentleman brought my food to my table as I sat and enjoyed my meal she continued to walk past my booth to cater to the family that was on the other side. She never stopped to ask if I needed napkins or water, or even how the food was on top of that she never even brought my ticket to the table after I completed my meal I had to go upfront she was at the register. She asked me if I was ready to pay And didn’t even bother to ask if I enjoyed the meal .as I was paying the older gentleman came from the back, and I stopped him to thank him for his service.Needless to say I will never be returning I am certain there are plenty of other family restaurants in Stockton that will welcome Me and my business. Well well to bad I don’t take time to do reviews when things are good. Mostly is when we get disappointed. First of all I feel embarrassed that Mexico gets represented by this kind of restaurants that food does not taste good at all. Sorry but this is not Mexican food. Definitely cooks are not good. You should bring some cooks from Mexico. People in Mexico takes pride in giving you the best. Where in Mexico it’s Tex-mex chili gravy? Where in Mexico gives you flour tortillas with a strong smell of preservatives instead of home made tortilla. Where in Mexico is done a bistec ranchero how casa Flores does it? No arrachera meat. Just cheap meat and 70 % lean meat. Taste like 70% lean meat. Step it up people. If people goes to a restaurant is because that day they did not feel like cooking, but food it’s so bad that we regret what we pay for. How sad is to see how people makes their living. Representing horrible a country food. Just the Pepsi was good. Definitely ever never going there. I know they don’t need me but I need it to take things out of my chest. I can count on one hand the number of times in my lifetime that I’ve decided not to tip. -Today being one of them. It has to be extremely bad for me to complain.

I see that they have a lot of great reviews so perhaps today was just an “off day” but the service was absolutely terrible.

We were there nearly two hours. It took almost an hour to get our food order and then we had to wait another 30-45 minutes for our food. We were hardly checked on during that time for drink refills or chips. When our food finally came out, the food was not correct. We ended up paying and leaving without one of the meals that we ordered because we’d already been there far to long.

They were not busy or understaffed. There were nearly no customers and plenty of staff around. A table that came well after us got great service and their food quickly. It appeared to be their friends and the only customers that they paid attention to. They were sat in the booth right next to us. The waiter spent a lot of time bs’ing with them while completely ignoring us.
