Starbucks — Restaurant in Stockton

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. Very rude batistas. I get the EXACT SAME drink at EVERY Starbucks. Venti very lite ice w/ 2 shots blonde expresso, splash of Vanilla Sweet Cream and then fill the rest of the cup with Vanilla Sweet Cold Foam. Every other Starbucks gets it right everytime. But for some reason this one really cant relay customers orders to their batistas accurately. Even if they did, they dont actually listen to you to make sure you are getting what you pay for. 3 out of 3 times I have been to this location they have messed it up EVERYtime. Today she was going to give me my drink with Sweet CREAM to the top and no ice. When I said "sorry Miss, I think it supposed to be vanilla foam filled to the top and if you could please only fill the ice to the 2nd line? " so she then dumped my cup then stared to make mine, stopped looked at me, then made 4 other drinks before mine and looked at me everytime she finished each one, like that's what you get for making sure expensive coffee was correct. Then only filled the cup with foam 3/4 and said "mm sorry if you want more to fill the cup you'll have to wait" considering she just made me wait an extra 5 minutes while she scowled at me and made the 3 people's drinks behind me. I couldn't wait anymore, I had to go meet a client. That is the LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO TO THAT STARBUCKS.

Lately this store has not been up to par. I’m not sure if management changed or what. I usually go in Saturday mornings and when I say it’s beyond messy is an under statement. They first make the drinks and just leave them sitting with no tops on them while constantly reaching over with the sleeve of their clothing brushing against the whip on top. I’m not sure why they make the drinks without putting the top on. I had a mobile order, I’m pretty sure my drinks and oatmeal were sitting for at least 5 mins with nothing covering it. I asked for a new oatmeal which I got but of course because of how fast they were going, it wasn’t even made correctly. It’s at least 5 workers at once so I’m not sure why everything is so messy and chaotic. I only go there because it’s close to my church but I will not...

Attempted to stop by this store at 8:20pm and found a note on the door regarding holiday hours for 12/4 of closing at 8pm (normally they're open until 10pm)--photo taken and added for proof. A line had formed even in the drive-thru because of the confusion it seems, trapping a few cars at the order screen.

Not sure why they closed early (short staffing, etc.). I know it mentioned "holiday hours" but I looked up today and the only holiday I can find is National Dice Day for 12/4/22, nothing of any importance to any major faith including ones I know I'm not super familiar w/dates on like for Jewish & Muslim holidays, etc.

Please be more transparent about these things! I bet the people in the drive-thru are NOT happy about being trapped in it and have worse things to...
