I was very excited to try out this Burger King as I am new to the city of Stockton and some of the local cuisines. I've had Burger King several times before but never at this location and I have to say that I am very disappointed. I decided today that I was going to try something different so I bought a bacon King and I decided to try their fiery nuggets because they looked good on the menu. Normally I'm not super into hot foods but I decided to give it a go today. Unfortunately when I got my food the presentation and the edibility of the food was very disappointing. My burger actually was fine but the fiery nuggets looked like they had been marinated and canola oil for 3 weeks and then unstrained before they were thrown in the bag. They were super greasy, very very unappealing with the amount of oil that was left on them. I had some extra napkins in my car and when I went to go and try and absorb some of the oil that was on there the amount that soaked through the first napkin was startling. Read moreThis is BY FAR the slowest Burger King in Stockton. Every single time! I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Burger King drive-through that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I pulled in, it was clear that efficiency and customer service were not priorities. The wait time was excruciatingly long—something you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant, not a fast-food drive-through.
Despite there being only a few cars ahead of me, it took an eternity for my order to be taken. The staff seemed indifferent, moving at a snail's pace without any sense of urgency. Once my order was finally placed, the wait for the food was even worse. I watched as the minutes ticked by, feeling increasingly annoyed and impatient.
When the food eventually arrived, it was lukewarm at best, as if it had been sitting out for too long. The entire experience was a colossal waste of time. Read moreWaited an hour for two meals that had bacon. They waited till after they charged me for my food to tell me there was no more bacon. Then ended up giving me double whoppers with no cheese. Then forgot my two orders of nuggets. I have never waited an hour for this lack of effort, professionalism and to see a women from the line get on her phone with her gloves on. Then get back on the line. Do yourself a favor and never come here. It is as bad as we all are saying. Worst place in Stockton so far.
Update: I’ve passed by this place after and it’s still bad. I’ve literally drove by to get food from the other Burger King on March Ln. get Dutch bros for desert and still same car in drive thru still. Lol! You can’t make this stuff up. Worst...
