Both jack in the Boxes on Hammer Lane need to get quicker night crew. Because the wait times have gotten ridiculous.
Tonight, the drive thru line wasn't so bad so my dad and I went there. Ordered our food, and slowly moved through the drive thru. By the time we got our food, it was somewhat cold and underwhelming. When Jack in the box is nice and hot, and fresh, it's great. But in the last few weeks or month, JitB just hasn't had their stuff together.
With Jack being one of the few late night or even 24 hour fast food joints, they need to put a better emphasis on their night crews, pay them higher wages, and train them better. JitB excels at the late night option, so they should focus on that. I almost exclusively eat JitB at night when it's late and everyone else is closed, since both my dad and I work late, and it's nice having a fast food option after we get off work and are too tired.
Please fix your wait times in the drive Thru Jack, otherwise we will keep going to a competitor, or just skipping the drive thru...

Read moreI only received half my order in the drive thru. I had two bags and only got bag 2/2 but not bag 1. I drive 15 mins and waited 15 mins in the drive thru. Drive 15 mins back home to my family of 6 and two of us had no food to eat. It was too late to drive back. I called several times and left messages but have not heard back. I wanted to drive back over but it’s been inconvenient and I work the opposite direction the rest of the week. I just wanted my meal or a refund. The phone just rang off the hook.
