Crumbl — Restaurant in Stockton

First time going to the store. I ranted about how I was excited I was to finally come to order, since it was my first time going to crumble cookie. I wasn’t sure how the menu went until she said here at the display is what we have for this week. They only did certain flavors each week. I said ok I wanted the chocolate chip one for sure. I said oh no not the extra filling on top of those, wow too much sugar. Just having conversation being polite. I pointed at both cookies I wanted cause I wasnt sure of the second name. So I pointed I wanted the chocolate chip and the dark chocolate with mint on it. Again there was no name on the display to say what name it was. So I said 2x and pointed I wanted these 2. I drove from manteca to Stockton. I didn’t bother to check if the order was correct. I get home n it’s wrong. She gave me the one I strictly spoke about being to much fooling on top. I called n drove back to get the correct one. Mind you, first time ordering from here. They exchanged the cookie, n I was surprised no apology or anything. A customer in there said they should at least compensate you for the long drive. Nope, the girl at the register was rude and wasn’t polite. I ask for spvr, manager she said nope you have to deal with me. I ask who she was? She said she works in the warehouse but was working the register for that time being. I said I want to speak to someone in charge or the other lady why was present when I came the first time. She said no! Your dealing with me. At that moment I asked for spvr info. She said no, I can’t give you her name it’s confidential 🤦🏼‍♀️ I said I’m going to need the info to this store n corporate. She rolls her eyes, the lady who was filling a order, I said aren’t you the one who helped me earlier when I came? She said yes. I said good, I’ll deal with you, she said ok but I’m busy. I said I’ll wait. Once she was done she sad to me I repeated your order back to you. I said I told you 2x as I pointed to the exact ones I wanted so there was no confusion again, there was no names on the cookies for me to say oh I want this specific cookie. I asked her for store info since the first girl was so cocky like she was the boss. She called her spvr and she told her I can get a refund n give back my cookies after driving 2 times to this location. I said poor customer service and poor management. I drive 2 times to this location. First time to buy at this store, and they get my order wrong and no I’m sorry let me give you a free cookie or discount for next purchase. The girl Who was extremely rude was so mad she walk past me with a attitude. Poor customer service and poor management. I’ll never return to this store! I got the names of the girls which I won’t name. But these kids starting out in the work field should learn how to talk to customers. There management should be teaching...

Stopped in this cute little plaza to fulfill my sweet tooth and was amazed by the crew and the experience I had at this Crumbl! I'm usually wary about places in Stockton but I took my chance since I was in town with my friends and I was so happy I did. When I first walked in, the crew was hard at work but I was immediately greeted and helped by such a sweet woman. As someone that doesn't often frequent Crumbl, I asked for her advice on what to get and the deals and not once did I feel rushed or any less important despite a line growing behind me. She explained in detail what the cookies taste like, and how if I get a box of four I can get the whole experience for the best pricing. And just like that, she sold me and within 5 minutes, I got my order with someone double checking that everything was right. With all her assistance, I had to get her name which was Kayleigh! I hope she sees this and knows that she made my experience so unforgettable! I definitely will be coming back! Had to post on here and Yelp to give her and this Crumbl the recognition...

We walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes NOT ONE employee acknowledged us. We walked over to the kiosk and placed our order and the employee next to me on the other side of the glass said absolutely nothing as they were making dough 3 feet from me. Where is your customer service??? Then we ordered a 3 piece mini and 2 regular cookies and the boxes were sticky. When she was done making our order all she asked was my husband's name. No thank you have a nice day or nothing. We got better service at McDonald's and they mixed up our drinks but at least they said hello and thank you. We live in Manteca and we will not be back to your location. I will drive to Turlock or...
