Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Stockton

Worst experience ever !!! This is the only dominos near my place that will deliver to my home. They have a terrible customer service, one of there delivery guys stole money by never giving me my change back. His excuse was the only way he could give me my order was if I was OK with him not giving me change back because he didn’t have enough change for the amount that I had given him which was $50. So I agreed because if I didn’t, my kids wouldn’t have anything to eat. Twice my order has been canceled. There reason was because they tried multiple times to reach me when they only called me once and I called back 5 minutes after. The delivery guy had told me that he was already on a different delivery and my order was at the store and I called the store and I spoke to a young lady named Nancy and she claims that my order was canceled and she said that if I wanted my order, I would have to re-order it and place it for a carry out after she called me when I made my order and told me my order would be longer than an hour, and I was waiting for it for longer than an hour when they delivered it they didn’t even wait 5 minutes to wait for me to respond back. I even asked her if they still had my order there if I could come in and pay for it and she said unfortunately it was canceled so I had to replace another order. Meaning I would have to wait another 30 to 45 minutes just to get an order that I had already placed an hour...

We're regular customers of this Grand Canal location. The customer service has always been helpful and fair when resolving issues with delivery or the pizza itself. We have an online account profile which we have written detailed instructions how to enter our apartment complex and we have rarely had a problem with door to door delivery.

First off, I have to say that the female manager I dealt with tonight should seriously be reconsidered for that job. We're regular customers and they've always been good with customer service. After 2 hours of frustrating conversations and 2 delivery drivers, our pizzas finally arrived by the nicest delivery driver, yet they were barely warm. And where is the Sprite we ordered?!?! OMG!!! Soooo disappointed!

Update: Our delivery guy returned with our Sprite!!! Wow! He redeemed at least a few points back for Domino's :). In the end, we ended up with a young man on the phone who finally handled this nightmare delivery with grace and refunded our order, and he sent the driver back out a third time to deliver our Sprite. I ordered at 8:00pm last night The wait time was 33-43 minutes. So I figured 8:45 we would have the pizza at the latest. The pizza was delivered at 9:12. Over twice the estimated time it was supposed to have taken. The pizza was undercooked because the dough was still raw. You had an over an hour to make the pizza and yet it was still raw and It wasn’t even cut all the way through or into even pieces at all. The tracker was updated it was out for delivery at 8:49, and took 22 minutes to get to my house. I live 8 minutes from the store. I’m assuming the driver had other deliveries to make so I’m not faulting him, but this was my worst experience with dominos which is why I’m leaving a review. Hopefully other people don’t have to...
