Drive thru is way too slow for the small number of cars ahead of me. It just doesn't make sense, how do 8 to 10 cars turn into a 30 minute experience? When trying to order the car ahead of me had to wait at least 5 minutes to advance, I waited an additional 1 to 2 minutes to be acknowledged at the order window, and was still asked for more time so they could take my order.
I waited...Asked if they had raspberry tea and was told yes. Place my order, waiting longer for my turn at the window to pay and pick up my order only to be told there was no raspberry tea.
When I inquired what happened the standard answer they just ran out and had no more syrup. With only four to five cars ahead of me, the raspberry tea was consumed? Had I simply ordered this drink and found out at the window they were out it would be one thing. But I very specifically asked if they had the tea, was told they did, only to find out they didn't after spending literally 30 minutes in line.
Insult to injury I chose this place over another because I was hungry and knew I couldn't wait in a long line.
I waited as long if not longer with a fraction of the cars. I am definitely willing to wait for longer periods of time in a drive thru during the pandemic. (I prefer to use carryout when available)
However your cars should support the wait and if you tell me I can have what I ordered, it needs to be available when I finally get to the window.
When it's not your staff should be empathic and apologizing for the inconvenience when they deliver the news of the changes, rather than act as if it's no big deal.
After a long day of work, and a long 30 minutes or more waiting, being hungry and thinking everything is all set. Having to go back to the drawing board unexpectedly to reorder definitely isn't the end of the world, but at 10 PM when you don't drink a lot of the things served at a fast food restaurant is a bit of a problem. Especially when I am not a frequent customer of your chain and don't really know what your drink options are and was to tired and hungry to think. The young man at the window did try offering me all things unfortunately I...
Read moreWent there on a Saturday, 5/20, around 2pm there was no line through drive thru yet waited around 15 min to place my order, pulled up to pay and the one employee named Angel seemed to not know what to do just staring blankly at first then proceeding to take our payment. He then told us to pull up in the front since our order was not ready so we did and waited another 10 min just to get cold dry food. Not sure what they were waiting on but the burger was not hot or even warm and the fries were cold and stale. They had forgotten our drinks so they came back again with drinks but I decided to go in anyways since I was not satisfied with the taste of the fries. What was worse was when I got inside to request new fries what seemed to be the manager (older women with a different colored shirt then the rest, I think her name was Mariah/or started with an M) started questioning why I was bringing them back. Saying “this is how all of our fries are” while grabbing the fries with her bare hands and squishing them with her fingers in the front counter. She then said “so what do you want do you want me to boil them at a certain temperature or what”. The way she came off was completely unprofessional and rude and then proceeded to scream to the rest of her employees saying “the fries are cold she says” while laughing and then continuing to scream at her back employees to pick up the pace and push the burgers forward saying “empuja las pinches hamburguesas chingado”. All she had to do was just give me new fries instead of putting on a show. Felt like it was really unorganized and no proper training or patience for new employees. It doesn’t help when a “manager” is screaming to everyone as well including...
Read moreDear Jack in the box, you guys REALLY REALLY messed up here. We drove ten minutes to March lane Jack in the box. Went inside to pick up our meal that we already ordered on DoorDash. We drove 10 minutes back home. To finally eat dinner but we had to come back because we did not get what we ordered. When we went back, we told them that they left some things out of our order, which was a large regular, french fry and egg roll that we ordered in a three pack, but only came with two, my siblings burger was not made correctly, And myself did not get my eight piece chicken nugget. We went back, went inside and told them what we were missing and that we wanted what we didn’t get and they gave us ONLY The french fries and my brother’s burger. I checked the bag thinking that all the things were missing were in there we went back home, they were not. Again they were missing chicken nuggets after we had firmly told them that we didn’t get them in the first place. We had paid $11.98 for the chicken nugget's to not even get them. My family was basically robbed out of $11.98. For one, we should not even have to go back at all and then to come home and not even get the things we went back for is just crazy. I don’t think my family and I should have to go back for the third time to get what we ordered when we already had went...
