I have been receiving service from this particular location since 2020. At that time I purchased the iPhone 11 and have had no issues up until recently I ran out of storage space. Despite my efforts to delete things from my phone and free up space, it appeared nothing actually worked. I visited this store again on November 10th 2024 to try and solve my issue of low storage space and see what my options were. Upon entering I was greeted by Yuridia Cruz who after telling her I had no storage and just wanted more insisted I purchase a brand new 16 pro max or 15 pro max. Now I am not very tech savvy but because I had a big project coming up I just wanted more storage space and made it known to Yuridia that I didnât need the latest phone. But still she insisted, Yuridia also informed me that the monthly bill for said phones would be either $27.99 per month or $29.99 per month. This was profound news to me because I had never heard of a bill so low in price and I confirmed with Yuridia three times to see if that was the actual number she said. And she insisted that it was indeed the price. At this moment I was flabbergasted, I asked Yuridia if she was lying she said assured me she wasnât. I asked Yuridia if I could step out to contact a close friend who knows a thing or two about phones and has a later version than me. My friend then told me to ask if it was a limited edition special or something of the sort because she had also never heard of anything that cheap. So then I proceed to walk back to the AT&T store and ask Yuridia the same question and she reveals to me for the 15 and 16 pro max yes. Which prompted me to buy it because she insisted it was a promotion or âdealâ only for that moment. She also stated that the first month would be a little more expensive and then after that it will go back down to the agreed price. Therefore I purchased the 15 pro max. Now today is December 28th 2024, a couple of days ago I received the confirmation for my monthly payment that is due next month for the month of January. I opened my AT&T application to double check and it does not show the agreed price of $29.99 like Yuridia told me it would be. I waited till after the holidays to call this store location to try and get a better understanding. Yuridia was on her lunch break and I could not speak with her to confirm but another employee answered. I explained to him my question and he told me that it made no sense. I then proceeded to tell him that is what I told Yuridia when she sold me the phone. This conversation was making no progress so I decided to call the next day. Today I called the store location and informed Yuridia that there must be a mistake because my monthly payment exceeds the amount she told me it would be. She then informs me that she doesnât remember and that I am the one who is mistaken. I kindly try to help her remember and inform her that thatâs not possible as I explain the conversation we had on November 10th about how I thought she was lying. So now I know she was lying. I then ask to speak with her supervisor who I believe is named Erv or Irv de La Cruz according to what she told me but Iâm hesitant to believe her since she has already lied to me once. She explains that he is in a meeting and it would be better for me to call back in 20 minutes. I wait 20 minutes to call back and my call doesnât go through almost as if someone is ignoring it or blocking my call. I think to myself thatâs suspicious I know that the store is still open so let me just call again. So I call again and the call doesnât go through. I then proceed to call from a number different from my own and the call goes through. Yuridia answers the phone and I ask to speak to Erv she then tells me that his meetings usually last 1 hour. At this point I have no more patience because this is the second time this employee has lied to me. I address the fact that she lied again and she states that she doesnât know how long his meetings actually are sometimes theyâre 20 minutes sometimes theyâre...

Never have been more disappointed with a transaction/customer service in my entire life! Went to go get BOGO iPhone Xs when the manager offered to sell me 2 iPhone X at a discounted price as they were "buyback" devices. Turns out she was selling them illegally on behalf of another customer (What I believe is that it was actually her, but she got one of her friends to lie on her behalf., found the same phones listed online under her name through Offer Up) She lied and said these phones were brand new, out of the box... but so many things contradicted themselves. I was so jetlagged and not thinking straight so I did purchase them. Big mistake.
These phones SUCKED! Would malfunction, force restart, over heat, had a battery capacity of 90%, camera wouldn't work. For an iPhone X! The manager, refused the refund so we had to escalate it several times.
NOTE: This isn't a real ATT store, it's an AUTHORIZED RETAILER so any negative experience which you have cannot be fully fixed by ATT corporate, you would need to contact Prime Communications! I finally got in touch with the regional manager who I think was a REAL piece of work and I have vowed to NEVER do buisness with ATT again. It seems as though he only cares about corporate interest and not consumer needs. He screamed at me several times while on the phone and it seemed like he would do everything in his power to void my request. I think he would say ridiculous things to try to get a rise out of me and say something I would regret to get out of trying to help me.
After all the hoops I had to jump through, the condescension from Prime Communications and feeling insulted and demeaned by the upper management, I finally got a resolution! We were refunded the $1500 and will never, ever, EVER work with them again!
PS: Look at the reviews! They are all conducted by employees and those associated with Prime Communications!...
   Read moreI came in to the store in December 2024 to pay off my phone and get a new one because my phone is broke. The gentleman Javier V. Talk me into getting a whole bunch of devices claiming that they were on a special for Black Friday or something. I explained to him that I am on a fixed income. I could not afford to pay anymore on my bill that I was already struggling to pay it. I explained that to him multiple times during the transaction he promised me the first month bill would be high, but after that, my bill would be $10 cheaper than what it was at the time. He lied đ€„ of course, the first month was not cheaper almost $500. I scraped up the money and paid it thinking that this nightmare was over. Nope The second bill was also high as hell. Due to my phone bill being on automatic payment and me not able to catch it in time because I take care of my sick mother they charge my card and took my rent money, causing me to have to not only pay my rent late but also a $75.00 late fee. I think itâs totally sick for these people to just try to get a sell not caring that theyâre playing with peopleâs livelihood. Now Iâm stuck with AT&T and this expensive bill I cannot afford for three years and thereâs nothing I can do about it. I returned to the store to try to get everything worked out the woman there told me to come back on Thursday when Javier was working. I came back in The whole store was cleaned out. Not even a phone charger remained in the store Like things could not get worse. Smh do not listen to these people they are liars. I donât know if they move somewhere else but be aware.
