Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Stockton

I had previously uploaded a review on yelp, figured I’d take my fiancé with me this time so everything runs smooth. We get there and order and it’s the same vibe like unwanted and my fiancé is so shocked because they don’t ever act like this when she just comes, we get to the window and it’s just awkward looking at us like we’re weird. My fiancé asked for her coffee to be extra sweet and they made it extra bitter I asked for coconut milk inside my drink and they gave me nothing again they weren’t listening. I went back to the window and the girl seen me looked so annoyed completely ignored me at the window until another worker said he was clocking out to help me, I let her know if this can be sweeter since it was bitter she just gave attitude and said asks for sweetness next time yet we did then I said I ordered coconut milk with this and her response was I didn’t see coconut milk on the drinks ingredients grabs a milk carton and says but here’s almond milk. Like are kidding right now are you that miserable with your job to act so unprofessional and especially the person taking the order they don’t listen at all, my fiancé did not believe me until she experienced that yesterday with me and this is my 3rd time coming to Dutch bros. For the workers that are miserable and don’t want to listen to the customers order maybe find a job not in customer service. I usually love going to Dutch Bros for the good energy and friendly service, but I had a disappointing experience recently. As I pulled up to the drive-thru, I noticed one of the workers being visibly rude and dismissive toward her coworker right in front of the window. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable before I even got my drink. When she spoke to me, her tone felt rushed and unwelcoming, like I was bothering her. They couldn't get my order correct, after the 2 nd attempt I said forget it and left without my drink. ( With no refund might I add as I was informed the don't give refunds. ) I had this problem before there also I asked for a blended drink and I guess no one understands what that means because it was so watery it was like they put two pieces of ice in the blender and barley turned it on.
