Luu's Chicken Bowl — Restaurant in Stockton

I came here because On-line the rating was good so I decided to come over and try it out. So let start off with the lady serving me at the counter, I asked her one question about the menu and she answered my question by rolling her eyes at me. Then when she gave me my food she just shoved my tray at me without saying one word and no eye contact​ as if I wasn't even there. Then I went to get some teriyaki sauce for my chicken and sweet and sour sauce for my egg roll. Both sauces were so watered down that you can see anything threw them and tasted nothing like they are suppose to but slightly flavored with a diluted sugar syrup taste. My side salad was warm, my steamed vegetables we're cold, my "teriyaki chicken" with rice was room temperature, and the egg roll over cooked and very greasy. The vegetables were over cooked and cut into HUGE pieces. Now lets move on to there "teriyaki chicken", it was dry with no flavor at all and not even seasoned. The texture of the chicken was rubbery and chewy and gave me the impression that it was cooking awhile ago... Therefore not fresh. The rice was drowned in their "teriyaki sauce" so I took one bite​ rice and was done with that. The only tasty thing I liked​ was their over price Sprite soda fountain drink. So this was my first and last time to this place and I wish you good luck if you choose to eat there. Thank you...

So this was my first experience at this place. I was surprised as to how DRY the chicken was, how OLD the rice tasted( I eat a lot of rice) the Broccoli didn’t feel like it wasn’t even steamed and had no flavor, the sauce tasted diluted. The menu says “ chicken teriyaki bowl” but tasted like “seared chicken over rice with broccoli and cabbage, no teriyaki”. If I was a “Food Critic”, I would have rated their food with a “D”. The presentation look just like the picture, the smell was delicious, but the taste was not to my satisfactory. I gave them $23 for a picture perfect plate with no flavor. Will I go there again,...
